The Mr. Limpy XS is a great standard packer for transmen or other people who want to create a bulge. It is easily placed into tighter fitting briefs, or can be used with a packing harness. This packer is not to be used for sexual activity. It is essentially simply a flaccid dick. Some transmen have had luck modifying the Mr. Limpy to be use as a stand to pee device as well.

The Mr. Limpy feels very, very real. It is slightly squishier than a bio-penis, but is a very suitable alternative for thirteen dollars. It does need to be regularly dusted in corn starch to reduce the stickiness of the material, but this is a very easy and low cost maintenance routine that will need to be done with pretty much any packer. I have never noticed an odor with the Mr Limpy.

The Mr Limpy XS is often viewed as the most realistically sized packer on the market. Most transmen or otherwise female bodied people want a somewhat proportionally sized penis (and if you don't, I'd recommend the medium or large size) and this tends to fit the bill. The small size is somewhat larger, but will likely create a somewhat disproportionate bulge for the average person under 5'10 or so. At 5'7, this dick leaves me with a bulge that is very appropriate, I would worry that any larger dick size would make it look like I was a little too excited, if you catch my drift. However, if you want a larger penis size (and who can blame you?) but still want to be somewhat proportionate, I recommend the small size. If you have a petite frame it may look like you have a bit of an erection, but most people will simply look like they are particularly well endowed.

The Mr. Limpy XS does its job very well. It sits wells and has never "migrated" on me. I find that it produces a very satisfactory bulge and I've never had any problems with it. It does tend to get a little tacky by the end of the day, but this is easily fixed by putting it into a bag of corn starch at night.

The Mr Limpy XS needs to be washed after use to prevent any buildup of bacteria. Let it dry, and then dust it with corn starch before going to bed, and Mr. Limpy will be soft and supple again the next day! As a lower end packer, the Mr. Limpy may not last indefinitely, but I've had mine for close to a year and it is still holding up perfectly fine. As long as you treat it well, the minimal investment that goes into the Mr Limpy will serve you very well.
