Wave wand - sex toy by WHK GmbH - review by adirondacker

I have tried this toy anally both on myself and on a partner, and with my partner again vaginally. She felt that it wasn't very impressive vaginally but we both really enjoyed using it anally. I definitely feel this toy is best suited for people interested in anal play. The large bulbous end works as a perfect base and handle since, at least for us, it is too large to penetrate our bottoms. We liked using it when we knew before hand that your play would lead to anal. It can just be awkward try to use it when your partner wasn't really all that into the idea that day.

Safety wise, it is glass so you should be careful with it. I have never been rough with it but I could see a problem if it fell from a high height and landed on a hard surface. Cleaning should be done before and after use, and always between partner shifts. Though we found that annoying so usually we use two different toys so we don't have to clean mid-action.

The impression I got from the Wave Wand was that it seemed very smooth, clean, and artistic. I find myself like a lot of other people on this site, I LOVE glass! The ripples, or waves, are large enough to really feel but not painful for thrusting. I really think anyone could use this toy and enjoy it. If it is your first time going anally, it maybe a bit much but even if you have only had a finger up your butt before you should be okay.

I really like the design of the wave wand! In my opinion, the shape was wonderful and the ball on the end is a cool way of incorporating a flared base for safety. The size was ideal for anal use, not to big, but large enough to take some time getting in and fun once it was there. I consider myself and average or late beginner user so if you feel the same this toy will probably be a perfect fit. The look of the toy doesn't scream "Hey I am a dildo, stick in your orifices!" That being said it is not discreet and I would be careful traveling with it.

I think the best part of this toy is that it is made out of glass. I absolutely love glass, so smooth and hard and slippery! The large balled end is really cool too, I actually used to for some back massage on my partner before using it with her.

Taking care of this toy is a real snap. It is glass so thorough cleaning is the only maintenance that it requires. That and keeping it in a safe place. I usually just stick it in an old wool sock and stow it in the sex draw.

The packaging was one of those annoying clear plastic sleeves that nothing short of a chainsaw and rip through. There was instructions with the toy but those got destroyed while trying to open the damn thing.
