Wish I'd read the other reviews...NOT for beginners! As others have stated, this probably isn't a good first dildo. It's rather thick and can be intimidating. I'm not a big fan of the material either. It's sticky, picks up hair and lint, and is susceptible to bacteria growth. I've had this toy for about 3 months now, and after what I consider moderate use, it's definitely showing some wear. It's certainly not the worst toy ever, and with proper cleaning and care, I'm sure it's great for more experienced people. But sadly, it's just not for me.
Realistic, good length
Too thick, sticky/picks up hair, scratches easily, prone to bacteria
This dildo is good for more experienced users, but as others have suggested, probably not a good first dildo (although it was my first!). It's not extraordinarily long (about 6 inches), but it is THICK. It also has a somewhat sticky/tacky texture, so for those two reason I suggest using plenty of lube. If you're on the smaller side like me, it may also hit your cervix a bit, so be careful! I've only used it orally and vaginally, so I can't say if it's good for anal play. However, it is rather porous, so if you plan to use it anally, I suggest using a condom to keep it clean and for lubrication. It's not very small or discreet, so I wouldn't call it travel-friendly, unless you don't mind it being found in your luggage!
It's made of PleasureSkin material, which is rather porous and kind of tacky. It does have somewhat of a rubber smell/taste, but it hasn't bothered me too much. Either the smell and taste have decreased over time, or I've just gotten used to it. The head of the toy is somewhat squishy, while the shaft is firmer, much like a real penis. The balls of the toy are quite firm and less realistic, but it makes a good handle. The PleasureSkin material is rather sticky, and GREAT at picking up lint and pet hair. I've found that even when stored in a safe place, I need to wash it before AND after use (with warm water and antibacterial soap or toy cleaner). The stickiness of it also means you need plenty of lubrication for it to be inserted comfortably. However, since the material is so porous and prone to bacteria growth, you should be using a condom with it anyway. I've noticed a few nicks/holes in my toy lately. I'm not sure if I've been too rough with it, or if the material just doesn't stand up to moderate play. I'd say the price reflects the material's quality here.
The design of this toy is fairly realistic. The color of the head is slightly darker than the rest of the toy (as if all the blood is flowing there). There are veins throughout the shaft, and the balls have faint wrinkles and a "seam." What I found less realistic was the girth of it, which seemed too thick to me. This thickness is definitely not for everyone, but if you prefer a thicker toy, it's perfect. The suction cup sticks fairly well, unless the toy is in a horizontal position. Then, the weight of the toy tends to make it fall. The suction cup and balls of the toy also make a good "handle."
As far as dildos go, it does what it's supposed to, which is basically whatever you make it do. The suction cup works really well on smooth surfaces when the dildo is vertical. However, when it's in a horizontal position, it tends to get pulled down by its own weight. This toy is also harness compatible, although I can't speak for how well it works that way.
This toy must be washed at least after every use, but I wash it before AND after, as every time I take it out, it seems to have pet hair or lint stuck to it. Cleaning it is fairly simple. Just wash with warm water and antibacterial soap or toy cleaner, pat with a clean towel, and let air dry. You should also use a condom with this toy, as the material is porous and prone to bacterial growth.
