Wonderfully low maintenance, fabulously versatile

All in all, a classic, awesome dildo. It's good for both anal and vaginal play and works fabulously well with a harness. Every discerning couple should have one!

Use

My partner and I use this toy for anal play, and it works crazy-good. This would be my first recommendation for beginners to anal intercourse. It's works quite well for vaginal intercourse too, especially for women uncomfortable with very deep penetration. At something like 5.5'' in insertable length, it's very non-threatening. It's a little short for solo play, but it's very much harness-compatible.

Material / Texture

The shaft is quite smooth and un-ridged, with the head protruding a bit. There's no noticeable smell. It's somewhat flexible, and not at all porous.

Design / Shape / Size

This lovely boy curves up a bit, which is just great for hitting lovely inside places. The curve sharpens a little towards the end, such that head is very well-placed for g-spot play (and quite probably prostate play, you'll have to ask somebody who has one. :D). The flared base is great for a harness, and would prevent too-deep insertion when held by a partner.

Performance

Boy 1 holds marvelously well. It's just right combo of flexible and rigid to allow rough sex with requiring it. It doesn't slip at all in our harness ( link which is a big plus. It's quite sturdy and dense, and very, very satisfying.

Care and Maintenance

Very easy clean and store. It's quite smooth and non-porous so any toy cleaner will do. Just a quick wipe-down, It's also dishwasher safe, so just chuck it in every once in a while to really clean it. It's pretty small and low maintenance, so storage shouldn't be a problem.

Personal comments

This is a real staple toy. It's right up there in my top five absolute best sex toys. This toy will last you for years, not just because of the durability, but also because it can incorporated into sex in so many lovely ways.

Follow-up commentary I still like it 2 months after original review

I must say that this really is a versatile toy. My partner and I have had only good experiences with this toy. The base proves not only to be harness compatible, but it also serves as a handle (not so much for solo play but when using on a partner). Since both my partner and I play with other people, the fact that you can sterilize the Boy 1 is a great feature. I can't recommend this toy enough!
