If you're looking for a girthy, body-safe dildo that's great for thrusting, the Tantus Anaconda just might be the toy you're looking for. The only thing I have against it is having to clean the foreskin folds with a soft toothbrush. Really, this is just as much fun to harass my husband with as it is for him to use on me. Besides just using it as a sex toy, it's been a great prop and general plaything. Of course, I'm just one of those people who has fun waving a giant dildo around and going "Bonk!", only to snigger and run away.
Yes, cleaning the foreskin folds is a pain without a soft toothbrush, and the material could be a little softer. Of course, that all relates to how the material needs to be that firm to prevent the whole toy from being floppy and rendering the handle useless. Someday, I hope to see an O2 version of this toy from Tantus, with the handle being the same firmness it is now, though, of course.
