The preferred use of EdenFantasy's Kissa vibrator will depend widely on your sensitivity and tolerance for vibration and texture. Here's the lowdown:

Clitorally:
The textures covering the shaft of this toy are really fantastic for clitoral stimulation, but I found the vibrations to be too weak to get me going or get me off. Essentially, the vibrations come from inside the main shaft, which is covered in layer of glass with fun textures; it's a perfect concept, but it takes a lot of power to get the vibrations through all of the fun additions.

Vaginally:
Honestly, even with all the lube in the world (okay, maybe not ALL the lube), I couldn't use the Kissa for penetration. I found the nubs on the top of the shaft are too raised to be comfortable for insertion. With clitoral stimulation, one can use the textures lightly, but with insertion, I found applying heavy pressure to be unavoidable.

Using this toy anally is not recommended, as the base is not wider than the shaft, and Kissa could all-too-easily get lost.

Kissa's glass coating has nubs on the head of the toy, and a raised spiral on the length of the shaft. I love glass, and I really love the added texture stimulation on Kissa, while it might be a little much as a texture intro. The main fancy feature about Kissa is the glass coating--and glass is perfect for lots of different, fun sensations. It inherently offers a smooth, refreshing sensation, and you can cool it down in a bowl of ice water, or heat it up in warm water if you so desire. For even more fun, blindfold your partner and don't tell them about the temperature experiment!

Because it's glass, it's completely non-porous, smell free, and taste free.

The design of Kissa is truly a fantastic concept. When I first read about it, I was very excited, and expected it to be the perfect toy for me, as I love glass, and I've always been a fan of texture and vibration. As described in the "Use" section, the nubs on the head are raised too much to be comfortable for me; any less raised, and there would like be too little texture for clitoral stimulation. I almost wish that instead of attempting to be a dual-action vibrator, Kissa would be better suited worrying about achieving stronger vibrations for a world-famous clitoral vibrator. But that's just my opinion.

Kissa has four inches of insertable length, and is one and a half inches around at its widest diameter. The top inch or so is bulged and has nubs, and the bottom inch is made of plastic. The battery cap is a simple twist off, which I had no trouble fiddling with, and on the bottom, there is a small, squishy push-button with the number "3" on it, indicating that the button can be used to activate and switch between the vibe's three vibration intensity settings.

This is by no means a discreet toy, but the lovely black velvet pouch included is an advantage in that department. It's on the smaller side, so it does travel well.

Kissa has three vibration settings--high, medium, and low. The vibrations seem to be emanating from the head of the toy. While the button to activate and cycle through the vibrations is easy to locate and easy to use, the high setting wasn't high enough to provide enough stimulation through the glass casing.

When I first put batteries in the toy and was just holding it to try it out, I noticed that if I pushed the head of the toy against my hand, the vibrations felt pretty strong...but as soon as I closed my hand around it, the vibrations reduced dramatically. This probably has to do with the construction of the toy, but I found it very interesting that the increased surface area caused such a difference in the intensity of the vibrations.

Kissa is a quiet vibe; it can't be heard through a closed door.

Because Kissa is glass and waterproof, it is quite easy to clean. Clean Kissa before and after each use with a toy cleaner, or just soap and water. One must make sure to clean around the nubs and ridges, but they are spaced far enough apart for it not to be a very big task.

Feel free to use your favorite lube with Kissa--she won't mind! Because they toy is glass, it is compatible with any type of lubricant.

Storage is made super-simple with the black velvet pouch provided complimentary with the Kissa. Very cassy.

On numerous occasions I have enjoyed this toy for teasing, but I'll reach for a more powerful toy to bring it home. EdenFantasys definitely deliberated long and hard over the features of this toy; the concept is spot on--and based on other reviews, this toy is some other reviewers' new best friend. Unfortunately, the execution of this exceptional concept doesn't make it a favorite of mine.
