I'm used to some pretty intense vibrations, and sometimes I have to work myself up to the 'high' setting. It is great for those who prefer direct and powerful clitoral stimulation. To extend battery life, and the life of the toy, remove the battery when not in use. Also, keep the piece of paper in the battery compartment in the toy.
