Smartballs Teneo duo are awesome. They are a kegel exerciser and are meant to strengthen the PC muscles. They are inserted into the vagina and as you walk and move, the two balls send gentle vibrations back and forth between each other. Your vaginal muscles tighten and flex in response to these vibrations. However, you can't even feel them flexing. It's an automatic response that you're totally unaware of! This is great, because wearing the Smartballs doesn't feel like you're "working out" and doesn't make your vagina or vaginal muscles sore.

To me having Smartballs in, feels comparable to taking two dice and loosely shaking them in your hands. It is such a cool feeling, and whenever I wear them I tend to jump up and down just to feel them jiggle. I also compare them to those weighted Chinese balls that you move around in your hands, but really, there's almost no feeling that accurately compares to that of wearing Smartballs. And they're also virtually silent. The people around you will be none-the-wiser about what you're got inserted into your vagina when you're walking or sitting next to them!

Smartballs Teneo duo are made from silicone and are non-porous. They are easily removed by the string that remains hanging out when they are inserted, like a tampon. Warm soap and water is all it takes to clean them. They are compatible with water-based lube only. You can even wear them for long periods of time; up to four hours. They're also quite discreet and inconspicuous; if you were washing them in the sink of a public restroom, most people probably wouldn't even know what they were! And the best part?
