This little pair of balls do what they are supposed to do. They help remind you to do your kegel exercises when they are in you. These are very smooth with no seams, which is nice for many reasons. It makes them very easy to clean and dry. They are made of plastic which rates 8 out of 10 for safety. It also makes them nice and slick which makes you use those muscles to keep them in place.

For a smaller pair of weighted balls these do their job quite well. I like that they are small and require you to tighten your muscles more that the larger balls and eggs that are designed to do the same job. It is discreet and the little box they come in is a nice way to carry them, except that they roll around in it making a pretty loud noise.
