Even though the We-Vibe II is designed for couples to use during sex; it is great for hands free solo play too. I have used it on it's own, or with another toy and it feels wonderful. It consists of a small rounded end which slides into the vagina and presses against the g-spot, and a larger end which rests on the clitoris. Both ends are connected via a thin, flexible middle which makes it easy to fit and get in place.

My boyfriend and I have used a bullet against my clit during sex, but having to hold it in place can be a hassle, not to mention the wired remote getting in the way. The We-Vibe II gets rid of these nuances which allows you to focus on everything else that is going on. The vibrations were weaker than a normal bullet, but what turned me on the most was that both my boyfriend and I were involved completely and equally. We both got stimulated at the same time and it just added a little extra fun to sex. I would not recommend using this if you prefer rough sex, as the vibe will get moved around and you will keep having to re-adjust, or hold it in place.

This toy is made out of silicone, which is a safe material and free from phthalates. There is no odor and the surface is smooth and glossy. The inside surfaces of the ends have a slight ribbed texture, however, I could not feel it when it was inside me. The We-Vibe II comes in 3 fun colors, which makes it non-threatening and fun.

The use of a water-based lube is not required, but it is recommended to ensure comfort for both partners. It is flexible and easy to insert so it is good for both beginners and advanced users.

The We-Vibe II is discreet and does not look like any kind of traditional vibrator. It fits in the palm of my hand and I have pretty small hands; however, it was big enough to make me wonder how I could get the We-Vibe plus my boyfriend's penis inside me. Let me just say, lube is your friend. The first time we tried, we didn't use any lube and it was a little difficult for my boyfriend to slide in too. The next time we used lube and it was a lot easier. The actual toy felt fine for me, but my boyfriend complained that it was uncomfortable in missionary. We tried it in doggie and he said it felt better; however, it was still a little uncomfortable for him.

The reason?

We put it in the wrong way!! definitely a head-palm moment, but very amusing all the same. The We-vibe II has a large rounded end and a smaller rounded end on the other side. For some reason we assumed that the larger end would go inside me and the smaller one would rest on my clit. I got home and found the instructions which plainly said to put it in the other way! We will definitely be trying again so I will update my review afterwards.

The We-Vibe II comes with an adapter which plugs into the wall and into a small hole located at one of the ends of the vibrator. There is no indicator which tells you its all charged and ready to go, but after only 30 minutes it was perfectly useable and was still usable days later.

The single button that controls the vibrations, as well as turning it on and off, is located at the top of the clitoral end. It doesn't stick out since the button is actually under the surface, which is nice but requires a little effort to find it. The vibrations themselves were a little weak; however, the strongest one was too strong for my boyfriend. There are 7 different kinds of vibration which come from both ends, but I found the constant familiar speed the best. To go through the different vibrations you have to keep pressing the button or if you just want to turn it off you can press and hold the button for 2 seconds.

You can hear a low buzz when the vibe is on the strongest speed, but it's not noticeable and definitely not a distraction. The toy is supposed to be waterproof but I have not tried it in the shower or tub yet.

The We-Vibe II is made out of silicone and very easy to clean with warm soapy water or your favorite toy cleaner. Due to silicone picking up lint and fuzz easily, just pop it back into the little pouch that came with it and put it in your toy box.

Always use water-based lubes with your silicone toys .

The We-Vibe II is packaged in a clear, discreet, plastic clam shell container, which is contained in a simple, but classy looking box. There are instructions that come with the We-vibe II, it may seem self explanatory but I recommend that you read them first before you try it out. It comes with a nice white pouch which is great to store your toy.
