Use

Ako is a pretty strong clitoral vibrator by PicoBong. It is made of smooth, plush silicone that feels great against skin. It is waterproof, so you can take it into the shower/bath with you. It has multiple speeds and patterns to suit a wide range of people. Use it alone or with a partner. Besides clitoral use, it can also stimulate the rest of the outer vagina as well as the nipples, or any body part you please. This isn't meant to be inserted anally. It can also be used on a male partner's genitals. It's small enough to travel with.

Material / Texture

Ako is made of smooth, velvety silicone, making it 100% body safe. The silicone has a bit of drag, so you may desire to use some water based lubricant with it. There is no texture to this one. The buttons are raised on one side. There was no scent to the silicone. The vibe is completely firm, there is no give anywhere to it.

Design / Shape / Size

Ako is pretty user friendly when it comes to size. Though it is marketed as a clitoral vibrator, there is a bit that you can insert vaginally, though it isn't girthy, so those that like thick toys may not get much from it if inserting. It has a slight rounded curved tip, which could be used to stimulate the g-spot. It's also nice when holding in your hand (which it fits perfectly) as the tip curves a bit to help direct the vibes to the clitoris.
The measurements are:
Length: 4 3/4"
Insertable length: 3 1/4"
Circumference: 4 1/2"
Diameter: 1 1/2"
As an external vibe, it should be good for anyone.

Functions / Performance / Controls

Ako runs on 2 AAA batteries. To turn it on, press and hold the + button, this also is the button that increases speed. To turn off, press and hold the - button, this also decreases the speed. The vibrations can be felt throughout the entire vibe, though strongest in the head. It can make your hand feel buzzy or like it's going numb. The vibrations feel like a deep buzz, though not incredibly buzzy, but just right. The vibrations sound loud and buzzy on high, but won't be heard outside of a closed door.
Along with the ability to increase and decrease speed, you get 12 different vibration patterns. Press and hold down on the M (middle button) to start the patterns, then press again each time to cycle through. Here is an image taken from the PicoBong website to describe the patterns:

Care and Maintenance

It's easy to care for this one. To wash, you can use soap and water, toy cleaner or wipes. The silicone can pick up hairs and other things, so you'll want to store it in a way that it won't. I use a small organza bag. Only water based lubricant should be used with this.

Packaging

The packaging is nice, but not discreet as you can see the vibe. It comes with warranty information and a user manual, as well as a PicoBong charm. I suppose you could reuse the box if you wanted.

Experience

Though it isn't as strong as the rechargeable external vibes that I have tried, it is pretty good for being ran on 2 AAA batteries and is a great alternative to the more expensive, rechargeable vibes. On high, it does good for me. PicoBong has great quality vibes at an affordable price. The silicone feels great and I like being able to control the speed.
