Strong vibrations - Easy to use dial.
Not a very good gspot toy - hard to clean - breaks easily - material can be irritating.

Ashton's sweet dreams sex toy review

G-spot vibrator by Doc Johnson

useful review
The toy runs on 2 AA batteries, which in my opinion don’t provide nearly enough power for a toy this size. On the plus side, the toy is very quiet, and even surprisingly quiet on its highest setting. Overall, I’d hoped for more from Ashton’s Sweet Dreams, and this isn’t one I’ll be digging out of my toy chest often.
Pros:
Easy to use controls
Cons:
Too large and bulbous for comfort, not nearly enough power in the motor
This toy was definitely designed
I’m a huge fan of insertable vibes with bulbous contours and motors in the heads, so I jumped at the chance to receive Ashton’s Sweet Dreams. Unfortunately, the toy failed to live up to my expectations.

The toy is quite large in girth, both at the bulbous head and along the shaft. The jelly material is quite firm, and doesn’t allow for a lot of give when inserting the shaft. I thus found insertion rather uncomfortable, even with ample use of lubricant.

The motor is located in the head of the toy, which features a prominent g-spot curve, a nice touch. However, the motor is fairly weak by my standards, even at its highest settings, and didn’t really get the job done internally. I tried using it externally, but even with added direct pressure from my hand, the vibrations really weren’t strong enough to give me much of an orgasm.

I also found the toy too large for thrusting, at least for me. I can handle bigger toys, but generally only if they’re made from a more yielding material, like CyberSkin or silicone, or from something ultra-smooth and frictionless, such as glass.

The toy is multi-speed and very easy to control, with a simple dial control on the side of the base. It doesn’t feature any variant settings, like pulsation or escalation, just adjustable speeds. The dial has rubberized grips on it, so it’s easy to operate even when using lube. The controls, in fact, are probably my favorite feature of this toy.

Follow-up commentary
Upon extensive further experimentation with this toy, I think the reason it didn't get the job done internally is because the "prominent g-spot curve" I originally detected really isn't very prominent at all. Maybe I was having visual distortion problems the day I wrote the review or something, but while the curve is adequate, it doesn't provide for as much direct stimulation as I'd like.

Because of it's jelly material and bulbous, hefty size, however, as a reviewer this has become my go-to vibe for testing out lubes! If a lube works well on this thing, I know it's well suited to toy play!
