Baby bug sex toy review

Overall, this is a really nice toy for anyone who’s looking for a quality vibe and isn’t overly concerned with size. It’s little, so if you’re a size queen you’re better off with something like the Heartbreaker II. If you’re fine with something a little smaller, then this petite plaything is for you.

useful review
When you are constantly introducing new toys into the bedroom, sometimes it’s nice to get something simple that doesn’t require my girlfriend and I to sit down over an instruction manual. I requested this toy for her, because she is always game for trying something new and deserved a break! I mean, I’ll bet she’s not secretly pissed when the hottest new toy turns up on our doorstep, but I’m sure she would sometimes rather cuddle than discuss the pros and cons of our latest acquisition.

The baby bug is a totally adorable mini-vibe from my best friends at Fun Factory. While I’m not typically into vibrators that look like dolphins or anything else, I don’t mind that this one is fashioned after a caterpillar. It’s pretty cute and the soft, ribbed body feels really good.

For a little guy, this vibe packs a pretty good punch. I mean, if you’re looking for one toy with a really strong buzz, I wouldn’t recommend you purchase this one. However, it’s a great addition to any toy collection and really great for partner play. It’s also relatively quiet and small enough to fit in your purse, messenger bag or back pocket.

Like everything else I’ve ever played with from Fun Factory, this is a high-quality toy. It’s made from silicone, which means it’s phthalates-free and easy to take care of. It’s multi-speed and has a pretty decent range of vibration, which in my opinion is almost as important as the overall power of the buzz. Besides the variable speeds, there are three pulse patterns that’ll push you over the edge. I’ve never met an escalating vibe that I didn’t love and there are two different pulsing patterns that add to the fun.

Overall, this is a really nice toy for anyone who’s looking for a quality vibe and isn’t overly concerned with size. It’s little, so if you’re a size queen you’re better off with something like the Heartbreaker II. If you’re fine with something a little smaller, then this petite plaything is for you.
Follow-up commentary
While this isn't my favorite mini-vibe, I have to say I still use it all this time later. I love having a small vibe made from Fun Factory's amazing silicone. plus this toy is still the cutest! If I was going to buy just one mini-vibe, it would be the MIA, but this is a great vibe if you want a silicone toy.

Epiphora

Fun Factory rocks simply because of the silicone factor. I have a small Fun Factory vibrator similar to this one and I love it.

  • Baby Bug in green: if one color option hasn't been in stock for months - does this mean it's been discontinued?
    • I absolutely love how the Baby Bug looks and it seems to be a great vibrator.
The green color option seems much more appealing to me than the red one, but it hasn't been in stock for at least a couple of months (maybe longer, but I wasn't an EF customer back then and I wouldn't know). The red Baby Bug, on the other hand, has been going in and out of stock during this time.
Does this mean that the green one will never be in stock again? :(

Hi, the baby bug in green not discontinued but is unavailable from the manufacturer at this time.

  • Has anyone encountered this problem?
    • I have purchased a few "fun factory" items in the past. One thing I have ALWAYS had trouble with is the battery ends. They will either become loose where I have to literally hold that end so that it can stay on or it will not click in- as if though I over "clicked" it closed when I really havent. Is this something that others have had trouble with?
    • Whilst I dont have the baby bug I do have other fun factory toys and understand the issue you are describing - although I havent had it with a fun factory toy , but quite a few others.

I've stuck blu tack into the screw/click thread before which has helped to keep the cap in place solidly. Otherwise I'd contact fun factory - aren't their toys covered by warranty??
