This is something anyone who is female bodied can use. Even if they are anti-sex toys, Ami is classy enough and does not in any way say "sex toy." I've only recently begun truly loving using vaginal balls. I don't know why but I used to think it was pointless. I suppose intellectually I knew better but never having given birth and not having tightness issues it seemed like a pointless exercise. However, even after using Ami 2 just a couple times I can see a difference! A LOT! I am so hooked on vag balls now, thanks to Ami!!
