These should come with instructions as to the best use. I had all but given up on liking them until I read over some of the reviews here to see if maybe I was missing something. My expectation was to insert them, walk around and clean my house, and get my jollies from the movement, working some muscles in the meantime.

What actually happened was, I put them in, walked around, one almost fell out, I felt very little inside, I got frustrated at the string rubbing my skin and I took them out.

Insertion was fine and not too troublesome, no lube required, and I managed to get one ball up far enough to stay put. The loop on the one end wasn't going to stay outside for easy retrieval no matter how I tried to position the second ball, though. I finally ended up just shoving the second one in with the first one.

That long nylon string didn't do much to keep the balls together or even remotely close to one another. The second ball kept migrating downward despite my kegeling and shoving and eventually the nylon string got between the ball and my skin and really irritated me.

Removal was easy because the second ball was already down there, bothering me. I pulled that one out with my fingers and then tugged the other one down and out.

The balls are plastic on the outside with a weight in each one, and the string is nylon. I didn't notice any rough edges but, as some of the other reviews have stated, there is a seam that doesn't look entirely together. It wasn't scratchy or broken but it brings to mind a potential cleaning issue.

No taste, no smell, weighted plastic balls that are attached to a nylon cord. That's about all it is. They do jiggle when you shake them due to the weights, which was a neat feeling in my hands but not so much elsewhere.

The balls are the same size - 1.5 inches wide. The string between the balls is four inches. The loop itself is about two inches but it sticks right out of the second ball. The experience you get with these might be ok for beginners, but, as a beginner, I found it lacking. When traveling, you could bring these in your suitcase but probably not in your carry-on or in your vagina.

As I was carrying the package back from the mailbox, there was a strange sound coming from inside. It was a sort of rattle. When I set the box down, it rattled again. I had no idea these were going to be that noisy; some reviews had mentioned the sound but I was surprised.

When I was wearing them inside, I only heard the rattle when I intentionally shook myself, which was whenever I walked past the husband. You can definitely hear them, though.

I had no problems with the size but I did have an issue with the length of the cord between the two balls. I felt it would have been much more beneficial for me were it to have been half the length.

Cleaning is pretty simple for the balls, but that nylon cord made me pause. I ended up soaking the whole thing in hot soapy water but I feel that there will be an issue if I get lazy.

You can lube it up with water-, oil-, or silicone-based stuff. I didn't use lube so I can't compare the results of any of those.

While the packaging can be used to store it, I prefer to keep mine in a plastic sandwich bag because it's much smaller than the plastic package.

I'm adding this note with a caveat - what I did probably creates a harbor for bacteria and I can't recommend it.

To see if I could reduce the spatial issues, I tied a number of knots in the string between the balls. This shortened the length by about half but, unless I untie all the knots, I don't think the very inside is going to get clean.

With this shortened version, the balls felt much better and I wasn't as uncomfortable. The loop was a non-issue because it was so much farther up this time that it didn't irritate my skin. Removal was just as easy as with the long string; I've pushed two kids out, so managing to push two balls out was easy. I still didn't get the orgasmic sensations I originally expected, but at least this time I wasn't constantly grabbing at my balls. That were in my vagina. Those balls.
