Balls to the (vaginal) Wall!

This is a very useful little gadget, very discreet and super cute! I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to work out their kegels, or just some discreet stimulation. Use them while shopping or working!

Use

K-balls can be used anywhere, anytime! To improve vaginal tone and for general pelvic health, we should all be doing Kegel exercises regularly. This little toy is a great way for women to work those Pubococcygeus (also known as "PC", or "Kegel") muscles discreetly, anytime, anyplace. The ball-inside-the-ball construction provides gentle (non-powered) vibrations and stimulation as a reminder to squeeze, squeeze, squeeze.

Material / Texture

100% Pure Japanese Silicone! (as stated on the package)
The material is smooth, with swirly ribs built in. There is no plastic odor, and the retrieval cord is also silicone, so no worries about bacteria living there! The K-balls are very rigid, with a flexible center neck between the two balls. This rigidity allows the balls to really carry the vibration from the inner balls to YOUR WALLS! It's not a powered vibe.
    • No odor
    • Smooth
    • Not porous at all

Design / Shape / Size

These nifty little double balls look sort of like a Christmas ornament, or a baby rattle, with a loop attached for easy removal. The two-tone color balls are about the size of ping pong balls. If you hold this in your hand, and move it around you can feel the inside balls moving. The feeling reminds me of the metal 'exercise balls' that you can roll around in your hand.

Performance

This toy performed just as expected. I felt the exerciser inside of me, but it didn't feel like it would fall out, as I've read some people experienced. I've also read about people having problems with insertion, but I found that it went in easily with just a little lube on the tip.
I have no way to judge the results yet, but I'll keep working on it and update soon! :D
    • Easy to use

Care and Maintenance

This non-porous silicone is easy to care for; just wash up with warm water and soap or a toy cleaner. Because it's silicone, use only water-based lubricants. Remember kids, silicone lubes will melt silicone toys!
    • Difficult to store
    • Easy to clean

Packaging

These little K-balls arrived in a minimalist package: windowed cardboard box with the balls and a pamphlet (more advertising than instructions) nestled inside. You could really store the K-balls in this box if you wanted to.
    • Discreet looking packaging
    • Minimal
    • Recyclable

Personal comments

I fully intend to use these while shopping and every chance I get. The K-balls seem to be more effective/fun when I'm moving around a little, so move I will! They are not recommended for use during strenuous activity.

Experience

I inserted my K-balls, then headed to the grocery store! Little movements, like reaching for something on a store shelf, or stopping quickly when walking, set the inside balls-within-balls in motion, and produced the coolest sensation. It's not exactly vibration, but definitely a noticeable 'thrumming' feeling. I like to think of it as a "fluffy" vibration. Not only are the sensations pleasant, I found the 'full' feeling and pressure on my g-spot to be rather arousing.
I've read that users have had problems inserting these, and also that they've had problems with them sliding out. I had neither problem. A little lube on the tip made insertion a breeze, and they stayed put for hours. (I would recommend a shorter time -- after about an hour, they started to be a little irritating) Removal was also easy using the silicone cord.
Follow-up commentary
I still like the K-balls! They're a great reminder to Kegel, and I still really like inserting them before shopping or walking around the park. The more movement I engage in, the more I can feel the thrumming of the balls. Not only does it remind me to Kegel...it feels good!

Cutest title ever!

Yeah, I love the title, too!

I have been debating on whether these would be different enough from my Lelo Luna Balls to warrant purchasing. Does anyone know how the K-Balls compare to the Luna Balls and/or to the SmartBalls?

Good review. I have the Fun Factory balls, which are similar, but without the ridges. I love them.

Glad you are doing well with these.

  • K-balls vs. Smart Balls
    • Does anyone have experience with both of these kegel exercisers? Do you have a preference for one over the other? What is noticeably different about them (besides appearance)?

I haven't tried either, but the K-Balls #10 are ribbed while the Smart Balls are not. There's a smooth version of the K-Balls as well, so if you're also considering that, I'm afraid I won't be of much help :) Have you read reviews of the products you are considering? Some of them go into generous detail about the texture and performance of the products. Good luck!
    • I've used both of them. They're similar in size but smart balls are a bit more.. oblong. Smart balls also have a pointy end, where the loop connects. I found this to be painful frequently. I find the K-balls (smooth) to be more comfortable and easier to feel but these things can be anatomy dependent.
