Ben Wa Ball Review!!!

The toy is plastic and very easy to clean with warm soapy water. It works great! I can wear them all day, any day. I work at a grocery store and stand in one spot and it's very easy to use these. When I walk I can hear them very little but if I squeeze them, which is what they are made for, I can't hear them jingle at all. This is why I love the product. I will always be reminded that it's there, so I will always know to use it.
The string makes it easy to remove. Plus... IT'S LATEX FREE!! It has a diameter of 1 and a half inches so it's pretty big... great for beginners, which is what I was. After using it for a day I could tell the difference in my kegel muscles. This product worked very well for me.

It didn't, so don't worry. It fits perfectly inside the vagina. To remove it, gently pull on the string that stays out of the vagina; like removing a tampon. I use warm soapy water to clean it. I remember the first time I wore it; I thought others might be able to hear it when it jingles when I walked. This forced me to squeeze my kegel muscles harder so that they wouldn't move around. This is absolutely perfect because it MAKES me use it.

I am very glad I bought The Ben Wa Balls and still love using them. My only problem is that I forget to use them! If you don't use the product correctly, for example by walking without squeezing your kegel muscles, you will be able to hear it jingle. If you use the product and squeeze your muscles while walking you will not hear a sound. This is perfect for beginners, because it trains you how to use it if you have never used one before.
It is hypoallergenic, latex-free and phthalates-free, so it is good if you have sensitive skin. This product is perfect because it can literally be used anywhere. For example, you can work out during class, work, or even while you drive.
The advertisement on the page that sells the products says it is quiet and vibrating. Don't think that the Ben Wa Balls vibrate in the traditional sense. They do make an almost purring noise when you walk because something jingles around when the balls move but I wouldn't say they vibrate. I also don't think that the balls are quiet. For something that you wear inside of you they do make a lot of noise. It's not very loud or anything but I am always worried people will hear it when I am walking. If you squeeze your kegel muscles this will not happen. So, make sure you squeeze your kegel muscles when you walk, which is the purpose of wearing them isn't it?

Hi all,
I have been contemplating Ben Wa balls for a long time now, partly for the toning and partly for the enjoyment factor. I have a ton of questions and would love some advice.
1. I have seen these things in a ton of different materials, glass, plastic, metal and ceramic. Any suggestions on which are the best to start with/ best all round?
2. I have heard you can keep these in during intercourse. Yes/no, great/bad experiences. Guys speak up please!
3. How often do you use these? Everyday, every other?
Please folks weigh in I would love to hear all sides of this, men please feel free to chime in what you have noticed.

It seems the best material for these is either glass or metal. These materials tend to be heavier, which helps for kegels. If you read the reviews, they offer great advice.
Larger balls are better, too, for beginners!
I don't have advice as to whether or not keeping them in during intercourse is a good/bad idea, I haven't really heard much about that...
