I received this product about a week ago and was very excited to try it out. I was sadly disappointed. I’m not sure what I was expecting when this arrived but it wasn’t what I got. The balls were much smaller than I thought that they would be; I guess that I thought that they would be a little bit on the bigger side since they are really designed to help tighten up the pelvic floor muscles. They are quite weighty for their size, and there fore not that easy to use should you say wear them out like the packaging suggests. The balls are beautiful and nicely weighted, but difficult to use. They are actually a little uncomfortable to use. This product comes in a lovely box that belies the actual ease of use.

The balls are a great product if you are pregnant or if you have recently given birth, as I have. They help you workout those vaginal muscles that have taken a beating from pregnancy, trust me your other half will thank you for this in the long run. The balls are a product that my OB recommended as well as the instructor of my birthing classes. They are great for making the kegel exercises easier as you have something to concentrate on.

Overall, I would have to say that of all the products in my toy box that this will be one to collect dust. They simply are not a favorite toy that has ease of use. Beautiful, exotic and unique these definitely are, although not very practical. While I would not recommend this product as an every day toy, I would recommend this as a product for any women that is pregnant or has just given birth. Remember these were actually designed to exercise the vaginal muscles.
