These ben-wa balls are lovely for kegel training/pelvic floor exercises, and since they are body-safe they could be used for interesting temperature play and sensation play. However, I would not advise them if you are looking for ben-wa balls that you can use independently to masturbate with as they provide very little sensation when inserted. They are small, 3/4 of an inch wide individually.

For kegel exercises, insert both of the ben-wa balls into your vagina and tense the muscles in your pelvis to keep them from slipping out. At first, I would advise to try this laying down and just getting used to the muscles you're strengthening. Once you are comfortable with that, feel free to go about your daily activities with them in as you passively exercise your pelvic floor muscles. I would suggest wearing underwear that would safely catch the balls just in case if you are going out and about.

These are also very well suited for temperature play. Leave the ben-wa balls (cleaned prior, of course) in a bowl of ice water* for 5 minutes, then roll them along whatever erogenous zone fits your fancy, or insert them vaginally and enjoy a surprisingly pleasant sensation.

*Please use lube when doing this. You don't want to have a tongue-stuck-to-a-flagpole like scenario going on with someones clit.

And for those interested in implementing them into D/S play, these are lovely for training a sub (or just giving them a nice feeling of physical attachment if you aren't there in person). Give them assignment to have to wear them for X hours a day while running errands, or if you want a chuckle, see how long they can hold onto them while being tickled.

The material is a nicely-weighted plastic that is completely smooth and slightly gold-toned. The sleek finish provides a very nice metallic sensation while also lending well to temperature play. There was no discernible smell from the toy, but it does have a metallic taste- not surprising considering its metallic finish.

The design was unremarkable. And I mean that in the literal sense, not the derogatory term. They are spheres, not much else to it. However, they are quite small so their size lends well to beginners or people seeking smaller toys.

They perform just as well as you'd think non-motorized plastic balls would. The size and weight is ideal for kegel exercises, it just is not the greatest size or weight for something intended to be used as raw physical stimulation on their own.

They are nonporous and easy to clean, simply wash with warm water and soap and dry them before storing. You can use water, oil, and silicone based lube with this toy.

They come with a nice little plastic clamshell case with red velvet-esque foam stand that can be re-used as storage. However, be sure to clean them before storing them.- the foam they rest in is porous.

I am disappointed with the size, the picture makes them seem significantly larger then the reality. However, for kegel training they are quite lovely.

Just remember - These are NOT anal safe.

I had a rather lukewarm experience with them, they just function well as kegel exercisers for my own personal use. That being said, they are a solid product that will lend well to all sorts of fun play for anyone with a bit of creativity.
