I bought my Ben wa balls three years ago. My sister and I went shopping together, and we both decided we wanted to give these a try and got them together. We had rather different experiences with them. I enjoyed mine, and she had a little problem with them.

I personally like these ben wa balls the best out of all I had because they were smooth, unlike some that have the studs or rubber decoration. Also because they had some weight to them,(0.3lb) and you could feel a difference with them.

At first, I had a hard time keeping them in, but I have had two kids and knew I needed to tighten up some muscles. I do suggest if you don't normally wear underwear, that you do at first with these to keep them from rolling down your pants leg. This could easily be a embarrassing situation. After using them regularly I noticed it was not so difficult to keep them inserted.

I did notice that I could feel them clicking around inside of me, but not as great as some people had said. It was more a slow build up for me, nothing instant. They do feel good don't get me wrong, just didn't happen all at once.

I also used these with my partner during sex, and that was a major plus. That really got these little balls clicking and rolling. My partner told me he also enjoyed the balls as he could feel them moving and vibrating together, and that he could feel my muscles getting tighter.

I washed these with soap and warm water, and keep them stored in the package they came in. I never really had a problem because I was excited to use them, but if needed you could use a small amount of water based lube if needed. Just remember these balls are not large and to much lube and they might slip right out of your hands while inserting them.
