Butterfly clitoral pump review

I was looking for something to give me a great time by my lonesome since I only see my fiancé on weekends. I thought the Butterfly Clitoral Pump looked adorable, so I made up my mind and got it. When it arrived, I took it upstairs and opened the box eagerly.

I unwrapped it and noted a couple things quickly. For one, I love that it takes AA batteries. They're quite common in my household, so I didn't have to keep a stock of strange batteries around. I also saw that I underestimated the size of the toy, but it definitely wasn't a bad thing because it stimulated so much more than just my clit. 

I was a bit intimidated by the hand pump but adjusted to it quickly. The suction, while good at first, seeped out very quickly and didn't hold a firm seal. I had to readjust the suction many times during my session, and it was definitely one of the low points of the toy. Using the pump after you get started kind of gives a really cool sensation though, like someone’s sucking your clit; it was just a pain to keep messing with it.

The vibration is pretty awesome. Seriously, the little jelly nubs all buzz and flutter and felt just great on my clit. The wings added some extra vibration in the area, and the little antennae worked as a really great clit teaser as well; they're so delicate but somehow vibrate so powerfully. 

The multispeed is pretty wide ranged. I love that you can start off with barely a whisper of a buzz but finish so powerfully for a really great orgasm. The noise factor at max level made me a bit nervous, as I have roommates, but I'm pretty positive you can't hear it through a closed door.

The only other complaint I have about this toy is that it’s kind of hard to clean. When you wash it, moisture gets into the pump tube and seems to just sit there; it’s really hard to get totally dry. The tube doesn’t detach, so you can’t really give each part a separate cleaning.

Overall, I give this toy three out of five stars. While it’s really cute and feels amazing, the suction and cleaning issues warrant a lower score.
