These nipple clamps can spice up any evening! I found these a great addition to BDSM play because one can easily control pressure. You can have just enough to keep them on for showing off, or pinch them on so hard you'll be screaming for more! I find that anyone, beginner/advanced/BDSM or not, can use these bad boys. I took a chance on these after reading other reviews saying that these worked for all sorts of nipples. After having the ups and downs of pregnancy breasts, I thought I would never feel good about my chest again. I put these clamps on and I once again felt proud of my nipples and breasts. So after feeling pretty good about these on my nipples, I tried to put them elsewhere. I found you can really put these anywhere you want. I put it on my clitoris, labia, even my lips (mouth). The clamp is so wonderful at keeping it in position that you can get all sorts of pressure for anywhere you please.

These clamps are travel friendly. I tuck them right into my purse, and away I go for pleasure anytime, anywhere. Or to spice up the day to day errands, I use one as a clit clamp and go shopping in my sweatpants. Fantastic fun!

The Fresh Heart Beaded Nipple Clamps are made out metal. The package didn't offer what type of metal, so I cannot tell if its nickle-free. If you are allergic to metal like myself, I would suggest keeping the rubber ends on. The metal is smooth and the product itself is quite light. The blue on the clamps can start to rub off as you move the ring up and down to change pressure, but a small price to pay for sexy nipple accessories. The beads are made out of plastic, with fine metal wires coming out of the blue heart bead and wrapping around it. There is no smell to these clamps, not even the rubber tips. Prefect for fresh out of the box.

These clamps are a little over 5 inches with the charms on, fitting right in the palm of my hand. I found them a little difficult at first to put on, but one just needs to get the rings sliding with the clamps. These clamps fit all different nipple types. They are very versatile with their opening and clamping. The rubber tips made for a pleasurable feeling for me, just smoothness around my nipples versus what could have been cold metal. When moved around, the clamps produce a slight sound, but to me it was like wind chimes for my breasts.

Wearing these under clothing really depends on breast type. I sport a size 38C, but my breasts carry low and I tend to wear more sports bras. With the way my breasts fall, a bit saggy with my nipples towards the bottom, I found there would only be slight poking where the metal ends met the edge of the breast. With the right shirt, a bit of a thicker sweater for me, I can wear these around in public. I found out that when I wore a more stylish bra, that these become more annoying then sexy, constantly trying to shift them to stay down.

As with all metal, wash gently with water, a light soap if needed. Dry these as thoroughly as possibly, as soon as possible, so as not to encourage possible rusting.

I store these right on my night stand. On the go, I put them in a pocketed section of my purse. I try to keep them out of the way of liquids of any sort.

I am completely impressed by Fresh packaging. It is discreet minus the words "Beaded Nipple Clamps". It made me even happier about my purchase. The box lacks instructions and any mention of how to take care of your clamps.
