Comes to you looking much more medical than imagined..

Exercising your kegel muscles: improve ability to find g-spot, improve ability to hold bladder, lessens the odds of urinary leakage from coughing, sneezing, or laughing, lowers the odds of the doctor having to cut you during labor, and will speed up your vagina's recovery time after birth.
Great for beginners as well as veterans. Every and any lady has a good reason to exercise her vagina.

Use

The leading use for the Kegelcisor by ISA Research and Education is to strengthen muscles in the vagina. More strength in the pelvic muscles not only add more bladder control when laughing, sneezing, or coughing, but these muscles also increase the intensity of your orgasm. The booklet that comes with this toy even claims that using this exerciser will make finding the g-spot easier and that your vagina will produce more lubrication. This toy is largely recommended to women who have recently given birth(to regain bladder control and strength) as well as women who are trying to get pregnant(the chance of the doctor needing to cut you during labor is reduced as well as quicker postpartum healing.)

While this toys main use is strength training, the Kegelcisor can also be used as for sexual satisfaction. The largest of the balls works excellently for g-spotting action. As a toy, the Kegelcisor is excellent for temperature play since it is metal, though ladies who prefer girth would have a problem with this exerciser as a sex toy.

I recommend this to any who: suffers from incontinence, has a hard time finding their g-spot, plans on becoming pregnant, recently gave birth, or any lady who just wants to make herself a bit tighter or able to "grip on to him" a little longer.

I recommend against the use of this anally. The balls on the end of the Kegelcisor are not large enough to keep it from entering that hole all the way.

Material / Texture

The Kegelcisor is made of stainless steel, and of course, is silver in color. This "toy" has a safety ranking of 10, making it pretty freaking safe! It is latex free, Phthalates free, and non-porous, meaning you can use oil, water, or silicone based lubricants. Since it is made of stainless steel you can bet on it lasting a lifetime, yet another property I adore in toys. Another perk of this guy is that he can be shared. I wouldn't imagine a lot of girls wanting to share their vaginal exerciser, but hey, if you are that lesbian couple who gets excited taking turns exercising your vagina's, you're in the clear. Since it is non-porous none of their "vaginal liquid" for lack of a better term, can seep into it. I recommend a wipe down with the 10% bleach and 90% water, or alcohol to kill bacteria between each person using. But again, toy clean following antibacterial soap and water will do the trick.

The metal of this product is perfectly smooth and perfectly hard. There are no cracks, dents, or anything not smooth about this exerciser aside from the 3 balls, that are themselves, very smooth. There is absolutely nothing soft about this guy, and if you plan on storing this with other toys I highly recommend a pouch for it, to keep it from knocking against and chipping your favorite toys.

As for hot and cold play, I personally think that this stainless steel gets way colder than glass. While I mention it being not the best dildo, it is excellent for cold play over nipples, clitoris, and many parts of his "man parts". As for hot play, I would be super careful. If you choose to boil it, make sure you allow it time to cool because the last thing anyone wants is a burn blister on their most sensitive spots.
    • Not porous at all
    • Smooth

Design / Shape / Size

The design of this exerciser is as pleasing to the eye as it is functional for it's intended purpose. While I talk about it's shape, I am going to be coming from the smallest ball and going toward the largest ball. The smallest of the balls on this metal rob is 3/4" long and is 7/8" from side to side. Before we get to the next ball there is a stretch of 2" of plain metal rod, which is just over half an inch wide. The next ball, the one in the center is 1" wide and 3/4" long. Between this middle ball and the last and biggest ball is a stretch of 2 1/2" of plain metal rod which has a diameter of 3/4". The last ball I will bore you with the specifics of is the largest which is 1 1/3" in diameter. All together it is 6 3/4" long. The design of this exerciser is quite simple, but very functional for the exercises included on the pamphlet that comes with it.

Performance

This pamphlet has a chart with pictures for weeks 1-4, weeks 5-8, and weeks 9-12. For week 1-4 it tells you to "Do exercises every other day for four weeks." And the "how to" for each set of weeks. While leaning back, with your neck, back, and shoulders supported, and knees bent with feet flat is how you are intended to be when using this exerciser. For weeks 1-4 you will use the biggest ball. You are supposed to clamp down with your pelvic muscles while pushing it into yourself until the middle ball reaches your vaginal opening. Then you can relax a second before tightening again to start pulling it back out. I'm still in this 1-4 weeks program, and you can definitely feel exercising going on in there and you might be a bit of soreness(in an almost good way) after the first few times you use it. You are supposed to do this for about 10 minutes.

Weeks 5-8 exercises are again supposed to be done every other day and for about 10 minutes. This time, you will not only be inserting the big ball. You will lubricate yourself, and repeat weeks 1-4's routine, but instead of relaxing, then tightening and pulling out, you will insert middle ball and then tighten and pull completely out.

Weeks 9-12 are a little different. You turn this kegelcisor around and use the smallest ball. You insert smallest ball, squeeze while inserting to the middle ball, then relax and insert middle ball. Then you tighten your muscles and start to pull back out, squeezing as hard as you can. Again this should be done every other day and for about 10 minutes.

None of the balls are huge but can easily be viewed as well as felt as bigger than the rob they are on. When I put the big ball inside I don't even need to look down there to feel when the middle ball is at my vaginal opening. This toy is not uncomfortable in the least, it slides in easily for me and while the pamphlet does mention applying lube to your vagina before use, I haven't required lubrication. Like I have mentioned before, this exerciser is completely smooth and has nothing to snag your vagina on nor anything extra to create more drag when pulling it out.

Like I mentioned before, I am still inside the first set, but I can feel a difference and FEEL like I've have a vaginal workout. I'll be sure to post a follow up after 12 weeks and let you know if I can squash a grape or anything with my vagina. I'm kidding about the grape, but I will let you know if I am significantly more strong vaginally.

As for it's performance as a dildo, it's certainly not the greatest. It can hit my g-spot and help me reach orgasm, but it doesn't provide the "full" sensation I enjoy from dildos. But this lack of the "filled" sensation is helpful while working your kegels. Instead of feeling like you are masturbating, you genuinely feel like you are working those muscles.

Care and Maintenance

Honestly, toy cleaning doesn't get much easier than stainless steel. You can boil this toy, you can put it in the dishwasher, you can use a 10% bleach and 90% water solution to clean it, or you could even use antibacterial soap and hot water prior to a toy cleaner. The actual pamphlet that comes with this toy recommends sterilizing in dishwasher or boiling, and also states that if you live in a warm of hot climate you should stick it in the refrigerator before using.

For maintenance, that as well is super easy. You can't dent this toy, you cannot break this toy, the only thing I can think of you could do to harm this toy is either engraving something on it or taking it to a metal working shop, neither of which do I see a sound minded lass doing. You may want to keep separate from other toys. While this 1 lb. toy is unbreakable and darn near undamageable, I am willing to bet not all of your other toys are. I bet you even have glass in your toy box. This toy should either not be placed with breakable toys like glass or ceramic, or should be in a well padded toy bag when it cannot move around. Even if it doesn't "break" your glass toy, it could crack or chip it, making it unsafe for you to use in the future.

Packaging

This toy comes to you in a very simple plastic sheath surrounding the toy as well as the "Instructions for Use" pamphlet. The Kegelcisor is plainly visible as well as the term "PELVIC EXERCISER" below the name of the product. Front view through the plastic you can read everything on the front cover of the pamphlet including that the pamphlet is "Instructions for Use" and to "Please read Instruction Booklet completely before use.". Also here is states this toy is for "NATURAL HEALING". The bottom half of the front view of this product is all the contact info for ISA Research & Education. Including address, phone number, and website.

The back view, through the plastic, is the "Commonly Asked Questions about the Kegelcisor". These questions are basic and have been already answered through my review. All in all, this is pretty discreet. No one will know if you are using it for pleasure or if you are trying to strengthen your pelvic muscles. Honestly, I'd prefer people thought it was for pleasure rather than that I'm trying to increase my pleasure during sex.The plastic is comes in wouldn't be very good for storage, for after opening the press together top, it no longer wants to stick together when you try to close again. But, on the upside, the plastic it comes in can be put out with your other recyclable items.

Personal comments

There is one more use for this toy that I've thought of, but you may find silly. This could easily be placed in your purse and used as a self defense mechanism in big cities. Picture this, you are walking home from the bar, work, or where ever and a big man jumps out with a knife and wants your purse. Fight or flight kicks in. OH NO! What are you going to do? Run? Scream? Reach for your mace? Or your 1 lb, nearly 7 inch long stainless steel rod with a big ball on one end and a small ball on the other? Just pull it out and watch the bad guy run! I bet he probably wouldn't run, but it was fun to think about.

This thought came to me after I accidentally dropped it on my hardwood floor when trying to take pictures of it in my hand. There is a small round dent, that can't even be noticed when photographed. But it bored into me the idea that this could be used for protection. Keeping it in your purse may be a bit far fetched, but keeping it by your bed as a single female living alone? May be a good idea. You will thank me after your first home invasion.

Another personal comment I would like to add is in regards to travel. If you were looking to take this pretty little vaginal exerciser on a trip, I do recommend taking it along with you in an Eden pouch or another form of pouch if you want it stored around ANYTHING that could POSSIBLY break. If you were camping I recommend storing in your cooler(inside a pouch of course, if there is anything glass in it) to keep it cold. If you are staying in a hotel, many have room with refrigerators. I wouldn't pay extra for a room with one, but if you find yourself in a hotel room with a fridge why not put it to good use to benefit your vaginal strength.

Experience

Personally, I'm super glad I got it and am very thankful to Eden Fanstasys for this as a buyout assignment. This is an $80 toy I could have never afforded without them. Even though I am only 2 weeks in and only in stage one, I do feel a bit tighter down there and when I try to pull the big ball out I can feel more restraint from my body as I clench. While my fellow hasn't mentioned me being any tighter, I haven't told him about this exerciser as a test to see if the extra resistance is in my head or if he will at some point notice extra strength while inside me. I will be sure to let you know if he noticed in 12 weeks with my follow up review.

Here are some pictures I took that I thought might help sway some into or against buying this exerciser.

Follow-up commentary
I have got to say, my vaginal muscles are much stronger these days. They were never "weak", but I do feel significantly stronger when I squeeze. I have been alternating using the Kegelcisor and the Jopen Intensity, but I did start using the Kegelcisor long before I got my Jopen.

I would still highly recommend this to pregnant women, women who have given birth, and even those who just want to strengthen their PC muscles for their own purposes.

I'm torn between this one and the Kegelcisor Enhansor. I'm built a bit small down there, so I'm still not sure which one I should get. Or maybe the Jopen would be better? Any thoughts?

And actually I meant the Pure Wand, not the Jopen Intensity. I have no idea how I got those two mixed up.
