Overall, I find this to be a very good toy, especially in conjunction with a vibrating toy for the clitoris. The noise isn't very loud, it's waterproof, and the intensity levels can be adjusted. Typically I use a small vibrator on my clitoris, and my fingers internally. This toy saves some muscle cramps!
