They really weren't kidding when they called this thing large. It's pretty massive and honestly I wouldn't suggest it for a beginner. However, please do not misunderstand me. Despite the (daunting) size it can be a welcome addition to anyone's kegel-cising routine.

The charcoal color is very pretty and unique, and it's easy to clean and store. This is well worth its price.
