This kegel exerciser is different from many other ones available. Having a handle that is comfortable to hold makes this better in my opinion. I'm not really a set it and forget it kind of gal, so I really like having more control in how it's inserted. If you tried kegel balls and didn't like them, or you don't like the way they look/act and still want to try the benefit of kegel exercises, I would definitely try out this toy.

The product works great with practice. It is definitely worth a try! If I had a choice between this and kegel balls I'd choose this one!
