Cupid kiss - sex toy by Shaki Toys - review by Officer Oddy

The Cupid Kiss is a g-spot vibrator from Shaki Toys. It takes two AA batteries and is decently powerful with a variety of functions. The Cupid Kiss, while a vaginal stimulator, can also be used as a clitoral stimulator. This toy would work for any couple, single woman (or man, if he would be interested in this toy), and possibly beginners. It can be on the loud side, so be cautious when using it.

The material of the Cupid Kiss is TPR silicone. Though it is silicone, it is still a bit porous. So if sharing, use a condom.

The toy is very soft to the touch and only slightly sticky (but that's to be expected with softer toys). It is also a bit squishy. The ripples along the top and bottom of the toy feel nice when thrusting the toy. The head of the toy is angled slightly upward and is rounded for easy insertion.

The "ripples" look more like a delicate draping and layering, which I think is quite appealing to the eye.

This is the perfect size for a toy, I think. It's not too big, it's not too small. It's just right.

I've had my eye on this toy for a while, but I was never quite sure of it. I loved the look of it. Judging from the name of this toy and the light pink color of it, I think I'm supposed to assume this is some sort of tongue. Thinking about it that way disturbed me a little bit, so I just went back to thinking it was an interestingly-shaped toy in a very pretty pink.

I really love this toy; it's really quite a treat. It's not intimidating, it's not obnoxious, nor is it too small. It should be an addition to any toy-lover's toy box.

How this toy is controlled is the only thing that bothers me. All the vibration patterns and levels of vibration are controlled by a single button at the base. That means you have to cycle through the rest in order to turn off the toy, and that you can't move backwards through the patterns. I suppose this is just how it has to be though, since this toy is a traditional-style vibrator. But it would be nice to have an auto-off switch, just for S's & G's, and convenience.

The vibrations of this toy are interesting. The top part (the head) vibrates on the first level of vibration, but on the second level, the head and the middle section of the toy vibrates. On the third and final level of vibration, all of the toy vibrates at a high level. The vibrations of the toy are quite deep, and the vibration patterns provide deep, interesting vibrations when the toy is in use.

The battery life is "meh." It's not long, but it's not short either. About what you would expect from a vibrator. But for the variety and power you get with the toy, I'm not complaining.

The noise-level is a bit worrisome to me as well. It's not overbearingly loud, but it's also not very discreet. I would be cautious when using it. It's hard to describe the level of noise coming from the toy as it's muffled somewhat already when the toy is on.

Since this toy is somewhat silicone, I would NOT recommend using silicone lubricant. So water-based only, just to be safe. Also, this toy is waterproof! So cleaning is easy! Soap and water, or toy cleaner, or a bleach solution should be used to clean the toy. Let it air dry and then place it back in storage.

One interesting thing about the packaging: they illustrate the patterns for you. It's neat to look at the illustrations for the vibrations, and the magnetic flaps on the outside packaging have all sorts of information on them.

I'm just not pleased with the overall design (color scheme, font, text spacing, etc.) of the packaging. It doesn't coordinate with the toy very well, and the way the text is printed on mine looks quite sloppy.

I don't plan on keeping the packaging anyway; for those of you that do keep the packaging, it might not look that great to you.
