Cute. . but not what I had hoped.
All in all this was a good massager of my vagina, but definitely nothing some that gave me a screaming "o".Published: December 14, 2010
Pros:
Small, Quiet, Can be used with partner because of size
Cons:
Not powerful enough
I was researching toys a while back and like what I read. I like that this was a clitoral stimulator (my favorite way to orgasm) and that it was small enough to use during couples sex. I have always been a firm believer that you pay for what you get, so I decided to spend a bit more and purchase this vibrator.
I received it in the mail and couldn't wait to get home and try it. The packaging was very discrete and I actually like the box that it came it. It was quite cute. The LayaSpot was made out of skin compatible Elastomer and it measures 3.75" long and has a diameter up to 1.5". Since the LayaSpot is made with Elastomer, it is safe to use both silicone and water based lubricants.
To activate the LayaSpot, hold down the + button for 3 seconds. And there are three pre-programed patterns to choose from as well as seven different speeds. No matter what speed or variation I tried, I was highly disappointed. I never reached the big "O". It massaged my vagina and clit very nicely, but I never orgasmed. It is waterproof; although, I do not know how well it stands up to water because I never used it in water. And it broke before I could put it to the test.
It does clean easily with soap and water however I would use a cloth with tad bit of soap to wash it. In order to preserve battery life, remove the batteries when it's not in use.
What I did like was that it was made from soft plastic, and it was small. About as small as a computer mouse and that you could use it while with a partner. Except that I think it seriously lacks the power that everyone raved about.

Both were really well tho and the music seting is fun feature!

waiting and wanting!

RadRachSo my partner and i decided to check out this site and order a bunch of new items. I just ordered the LAYAspot and it should be here friday! Ehh i cant wait! How does everyone feel about this cute toy? -
reading the MANY many reviews on the toy will give you a good idea about the overall feelings and consensus of the toys.

it's nice that there are so many user submitted reviews on this site. it's so hard to choose a toy, especially an expensive one, with only the manufacturer description.

LayaSpot Questions
-
So, I just posted a review of this toy on my blog and and am rereading some reviews here. I am seeing some discrepencies and have a few questions for you.
Some reviewers state that this is a waterproof toy but my instructions clearly state that it is only splashproof. Perhaps the instructions have changed? Maybe Fun Factory decided it wasn't really waterproof? If you have this toy, what did your instructions say?
Furthermore, a few people said that they received silicone based BodyFluid with their LayaSpot but I received their water based lube and, again, my instructions said not to use silicone based lube (I believe, can't find them).
Also, I think it's just me but my Layaspot pretty much smelled god awful when I got it. Anyone else?
Just looking for different experiences with these things.. -

I am seeing some discrepencies and have a few questions for you.I've heard that fun factory toys can stink to high heaven, and I have no idea why they would because they're supposed to be 100% silicone. I have other silicone toys and they don't smell at all. Maybe it's not the toy itself but the packaging that surrounds it? Sorry I'm not much help, but the smell that people talk about with FF toys is enough for me to be wary of buying one.

I am seeing some discrepencies and have a few questions for you.I have since pitched my instructions, but I think mine said splashproof rather than waterproof. I got the Toyfluid (water-based) lube, and mine was smell-free! All of my FF toys have been totally odorless, actually.

Thank you for viewing LAYAspot – clitoral vibrator review page!

I picked up the Lelo Siri and as cool as it is, I can't say that it does it for me! So I kind of understand where you are coming from. I have much better luck with a $30 bullet and soft sleeves rather than a harder surface.
Thanks for the review!
Elastomer?? Wow - I saw Fun Factory and assumed it was silicone. Too bad it didn't work better for you.
I got this one recently. I found it powerful enough for me to get the job done but it could always use more!
I was disappointed in the shape - it looks nice in the pictures. Although it is easy to hold.
I wouldn't say it's waterproof. Even just washing mine under the tap (being careful not to get it too wet) some water did get into the top of the battery cap. I wouldn't submerge this at all. It doesn't feature a waterproof seal.
Cheers on the review.
I'm wondering if you mean to say vulva when you say vagina. It's a bit confusing. Also, FF does claim that their Elastomed is fairly non-porous so just calling it elastomer may be misleading. I second the thing about it being waterproof.
thanks for the review!
