Personally, I would not buy this item for myself after my experience with it. There are other products that do in fact work the pelvic floor muscles. Again, though this may work great for someone who has to have a set time and place to work out the PC muscles, for me this just isn't the case. Because of that, I'm of the opinion that it simply is too overpriced for a simple non-vibrating massager.

While I enjoy this as a double ended dildo that has the solid build of glass without being cold, I can’t say this whether this meets any promises of exercising, but then again its packaging outright tells you to ignore all such promises of achieving -any- results.

The Veronica is pretty, straightforward (if you know how to use it!), and totally does what a kegel exerciser is advertised to do! The only downfall is that resin, a plastic like material, is not something you can boil for sanitation. But if you're looking for a cute product that serves well as a dildo as well as a PC muscle work out, you've found a pretty solid product!
