I've always heard of these and never thought about using them. Then I had my daughter and my doctor told me about kegel exercises. She told me that my fiance would appreciate it as well. That night, I went home practicing my exercises and it was very tiring. So, I decided to look up other ways to strengthen my muscles. I came across these balls. Let me say first that I was very skeptical. I thought, "What if they got lost inside me?" All the reviews I read seemed OK so I decided to buy them.

I am so happy I did because I am one happy camper. My fiance noticed a difference in a week! It's so easy too. All you do is stick them in and try to keep them in. Believe me, the first time using these after having a child is disappointing. They didn't stay in very long. The more you exercise, though, the stronger you get. Just like with any other exercise. Pretty soon you'll be a champ and you'll have them in as you clean your house. And yes, your hubby will be super happy too.

Clean up is easy. Just wash with mild soap and rinse with warm water. They are made of glass so they slip right in and rift out for comfortable insertion and removal. Definitely a great find, once again! So start exercising ladies; your men will appreciate it! So will you! Not only are you strengthening, you are helping with incontinence as well; now, how about that! So, if you ladies have issues with incontinence as well, this is great for it! I love how it takes care of so many things and makes everybody happy. I do have one complaint: that they should have strings for easier removal. Other than that, this product gets a good review from me!

Okay, so I thought these things were great before, but now that I have been using them for the past few months, I have to say they are fabulous! My fiance didn't know until the other day that I had been using them. He thought I was doing my kegels like the Dr. told me to. He didn't realize I was lifting mini weights with my vagina hehehe. I asked him what exactly feels different about me and all he said was,"I can't describe the feeling." It's like beyond anything I've ever felt before, but that's a good thing; a great thing really!" I love that he is so happy and receives more pleasure now and guess what? I don't have any of those incontinence issues anymore either! These Icicles Ben Wa Balls are awesome and I think they belong in every woman's work out routine or just put them in while you're cleaning Definitely still give these a double thumbs up!!
