These are intended as a form of kegel exercise. The purpose of them is to strengthen your Pubococcygeus (PC, for short) muscles. By strengthening and learning to control those muscles, you can learn how to constrict the walls of the vagina so that you have better control over orgasms and also "milk" your partner when YOU decide to.

You just insert one ball into your vagina and then the other one. Once they are inside, you will feel like they are trying to push their way out. By clenching the muscles you are able to keep them inside and thus strengthen said muscles.

You can also have them inside you during sex as it increases the amount of moisture inside the vagina and the feel of the penis playing with them is absolutely amazing.

These would be good for beginners who like a challange, like I do, but are best suited for more advanced users. They are heavier then regular Ben Wa balls so it provieds more of a challange for even advanced users.

They are made out of a smooth, non-tarnishing, nickel-free metal that has some weight to it. When you first pick them up they feel cool to the touch and are heavier than you would expect. They are heavier then other Ben Wa balls of the same size making it harder to keep them in.

Measuring at about 3 1/4" in circumference and 7/8" in diameter these have a nice size to them. I can not see most women having a problem with using these. Despite the size of them being average, they are about 50% heavier then most products like them, making them much better suited for advanced users.

They feel good when you first put them in, giving you a sense of fullness and a little bit of weight. After that, they really are just a headache. They are not easy to keep in at all even when you are working your muscles they still will fall out. I honestly was not impressed with them.

Being made out of metal the best way to clean them is to use an anti-bacterial soap and some water. They come with their own bag for storage which you can keep wherever you want to.

They come in a non-discreet box. Inside the box they are in a light purple organza bag that is good for storage. The box itself does have some information on it, but it's not much and really doesn't tell you much on how to use or care for them or anything useful. There is no paper inside telling you any of this either.

I am planning on getting a more "beginner-friendly" pair at some point and hope to work my way up to these. I would not suggest that someone start out with these, as I did.

I am a beginner when it comes to using products like these, so when my partner/Dom and I went shopping I had no clue what I was looking at.
