Flirty little favorites - scrub by Booty Parlor - review by RockMami

The Flirty Little Favorites Set arrives just like in the picture, in a cute package and perfectly set up for gift giving! In this set you get a 2 ounce caviar scrub, 2 ounce luminizing body butter and a .33 ounce vial of perfume oil. If you have trouble visualizing, the oil is the size of an over-sized lipstick and the scrub and butter are similar to hand lotions for your purse. The packaging is adorable with lace and bows all over a silver box. The products also look great, black with pink tops and silver/pink/white lettering. A very sexy vibe in just the appearance of the items.

When I first applied the body butter I was thrown off by the scent, it was overpowering and sweet smelling. But after a few minutes it smelled much better. Almost a berry like smell and my husband commented ‘at first I was disgusted but now you smell delicious' so maybe there is something to the pheromones. He wasn't in the mood to attack me, he did think I smelled nice. I wouldn't use this as a daily lotion because it feels heavy on my skin and almost greasy, it was as if it didn't sink into my skin. I would use it to provide a little shimmer when going out, it's not a heavy shimmer if that's what you want, it's more subtle.

The scrub isn't a really good scrub, it's most just rubbing product on. I didn't experience any exfoliation and my skin was actually left feeling almost greasy. I can barely feel any ‘grit' when I rub it, which to me is how an exfolitant should feel. Not hard gritty but you should be able to feel it in there in my opinion.

The perfume also smells of the same berry type smell. I didn't really care for it, I may just have a sensitivity to this smell. I smelled it for hours though so it is long lasting. The perfume has a roller ball applicator which means it's easy to apply.

Of all of the products the body butter is my favorite, but since I consider this on the pricey side for a set I'd prefer to buy the products separately.
