Fun Vibrator: Not Dream Cum True

If you're only going to buy one toy, and rely on it for orgasms, I wouldn't recommend this one; but it's great for anybody searching for a second or third toy to add to their collection. Dreamin might not be overly stimulating, but the vibration and ribbed texture are enough to keep it interesting, particularly when used with a partner. Great size for keeping near the bed, and there are no weird parts you need to figure out where to play-pretty straight forward.

Use

Is the Dreamin vibrator my dream-come-true? Well, not exactly, but the positive aspect to this toy is it's not a big expense, and can be used several ways. It's fun for a solo moment (or several moments) but can also bring a bit of enticement to the bedroom if you and your partner are interested in double-penetration. Dreamin is smooth around the rounded head, so it slips in easily with lubricant, and is small enough to be inserted without too much pressure, if you are looking for a first toy.

If you're looking to use it with a partner without a double insertion, try having your partner place it in you while massaging your clit. The large gripping area can also help if your partner wants to perform oral on you while the slight ribbed vibrator slides in and out. Another possibility is that of using it anally, with just the head inside to arouse these nerves, while having traditional sex, oral, or manual play. It brags about being waterproof, so inviting Dreamin into the tub is also an option.

Material / Texture

Because of it's forgiving bendiness and jelly texture, Dreamin feels friendly and fun. The texture is great for beginners in that sense, since there is less pressure, and is not as forceful as something made with a more restricting or harder material. The ribbed texture adds a great feel without stripping anything raw, since it is not made of a hard plastic.

Before purchasing it I thought I may not like the ribbed texture of it, and thought it may actually hurt, but with the slight give of the material. I found that I liked the ridges quite a bit, rather than resented them.

Unfortunately the material smells like many new toys do, a snorkel mask or something rubbery like that. (A bit reminiscent of brand new fold out pools I had when I was a kid). After a few washes though, it may not smell as strongly. I've used it several times, and it still has a rubber-odor, but not enough to detract from the stimulation.

Design / Shape / Size

The shape and size of Dreamin Vibrator is a lot of fun. Better suited for beginner users, the shape is stimulating but not overwhelming.

Since the size is not large, Dreamin is easier to hide than some of the bigger vibrators; particularly those with attached controls on wires, and the like. It's small enough to fit inside a purse but it is not discreet in its shape, so if you're looking for something easily hidden, this probably is not is.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The controls are located on the bottom of the vibrator, but this seems to be the downfall. When I got the toy, I immediately headed to the bedroom to take it on a trial run. The control wasn't tightened down completely, so it has to a tendency to keep spinning.

There is a wrist band attached, meant for being able to slip around the users wrist and not worry about holding on to the toy itself, but I have yet to use this attached string and it seems a bit pointless.

Since the description mentioned it was waterproof I wanted to try it out in the shower. I fear that water could perhaps get into the area where the batteries are located, which would in essence deteriorate the toy, so I'm keeping it outside of water.

The toy is not super quiet. This could once again be attributed to the spinning control top not being tightened down entirely, as when this is held tightly there is less noise. Unfortunately it's not easy to keep silent, but even with roommates, you might be able to get away with using it in the bedroom beneath covers.

Care and Maintenance

The care for the Dreamin Vibrator is pretty straight forward. Wash it in an anti-bacterial soap after use, let dry, and place in a dry place without lint. It will attract soft material and lint because of the porous material of the jelly; so although I keep it in a sock drawer, I have to rinse it off before use.

I have yet to need much lube with Dreamin, because the size is not overwhelming and it slides in well, but it is compatible with many lubricants including ID glide ID Glide; which is water based, as well as the less sticky water based lube Astroglide. You may want to consider using a condom if using lubricants, as it can make the jelly toy quite sticky after and during use.

This toy doesn't have a flared base and could be dangerous to use as an anal toy, it looks big enough to control but erring on the side of caution and all that rot! This toy is jelly which means it can't be sterilized, what are your thoughts on cleaning and condom use with this toy? Likewise sharing this toy without using a condom might not be a very good idea since it will, by virtue of being a jelly toy, harbor nasty bacteria.
Too bad about the nasty smell, is it starting to fade?

Yeah, using a condom is definitely necessary...way too much nasty bacteria, particularly, like you said, it is jelly which seems to harbor quite a bit of bacteria.

The smell is starting to fade, but since it's not my favorite toy it doesn't get used much, which means it doesn't get washed as much as some jelly toys.

I hadn't thought of it being dangerous as far as an anal toy since when I've used it with my partner we only slid in the rounded head of it, but that's a good point for other people interested in the toy.

Yes I would definitely avoid anal sex with this toy..even just going in a small way..things have a way of slipping on in...
also, a condom would be necessary since it is jelly..I like jelly because they are so flexible and fun to use.
