G-spot vibrator discontinued

G-spot? Maybe, maybe not.

Overall, this is a good little toy for all-around use. If you want to purchase a toy that can be used in a variety of ways and with strong vibrations, this is a great choice, especially for the price. If you're looking for a toy specifically and only for G-spot stimulation, be mindful of your preferences when it comes to toy firmness.

Use

The Posh 4 is designed for g-spot stimulation, with a curved tip and wavy body. The end is slightly pliable, but overall, I found the entire toy to be quite hard. The silicone is quite thick and has some drag to it, so lots of lube is a must. I felt I was sufficiently lubricated the first time I used it, but found I needed more lube or it was uncomfortable for me when inserting it. The vibrations of this toy are quite strong and I found it worked fantastic for clitoral stimulation. The majority of toys are not able to bring me to orgasm, but this one did, and quickly! I also found it great for external anal stimulation. I actually found the curved end allowed my partner to insert it a bit while holding it vertically, with no fear of losing it inside me. I would not recommend full anal penetration with it though, as there is no way to stop it from being fully inserted.

For me, the toy was too firm and not flexible enough for good g-spot stimulation. I found it actually painful on my g-spot. It felt more like a rock, than firm and comfortable. I prefer more flexible, softer toys and while the end is pliable and squishy, it wasn't enough for me. For those who like very direct, firm pressure on the G-spot, this toy will probably work well for you. I did find myself wishing this toy was slightly thicker, as it didn't provide as much fullness as I would ideally like, but for a g-spot toy, it's a decent size and the vibrations were still strong enough to be felt inside.

Material / Texture

The Posh Teaser 4 is made of body-safe silicone, which rates a 10 on Eden's safety scale. I found the silicone to be fairly thick, and not as smooth as I was expecting. As I mentioned, it did have some drag and pull, and I felt extra lubrication was necessary. The shaft of the toy is curvy and has two ridges or veins running along the shaft vertically, which provided a nice sensation during penetration. I didn't notice a smell, or offensive taste to the toy at all. The toy is quite firm and not really flexible at all, except for the very tip. For me, it was too firm, but for others who require a harder toy, this is probably a great choice. There is a metal ring at the very bottom of the toy and a plastic ring around the controls, which lights up with an LED light when the toy is turned on.

Design / Shape / Size

The design of this toy lends itself to be used in multiple ways, all over the body. It has a total length of 6", with 5.5" insertable and the girth is about 1.5" around the toy, with the tip being slightly thicker. The curvy shape is a bonus and adds much more sensation than plain, straight vibrators. I liked the feel of it on my skin, and externally, even if, for me, it wasn't the greatest choice for penetration. It will still be a toy we use, even if not for it's original and intended purposes! This toy is small enough to be somewhat discreet. It would be easy to throw into a suitcase, but I would not place it in a handbag or anywhere it would be easily found. Like with many toys, it's very obviously a vibrator.

Functions / Performance / Controls

This toy has 10 functions, with three intensities. The lowest setting I would rate at about 2 vrooms, with the highest at about 4 vrooms. It has consistent vibration, pulsating, surging and escalating as patterns, along with the varying intensities. The button to control the vibrator is at the end of the toy, right where you would hold the toy if using it on yourself. I found it a little inconvenient, because I did often end up changing the pattern or intensity while using the toy. For me, I need a consistent sensation, so the frequent unexpected changes threw me off a little. It's not a huge down fall, but something to be mindful of while using the toy, especially if you're like me and don't enjoy a change in patterns. The push button to change functions is also the power button, which just needs to be held down for 3 seconds to turn the toy off.

The vibrations can be felt through the entire toy, though I found them a bit stronger at the end, which was nice for g-spot and clitoral stimulation.

This toy is fairly quiet, considering the strength of vibrations. I do think it could be heard in the same room, but not outside of a door. Unlike some toys, it doesn't get louder as the vibrations get stronger, which I appreciate, as loud noise can sometimes throw me off and take a discreet toy to being not so discreet.

This toy works just as well in the water, and I found the water helped take away some of the drag in the silicone and made it a bit smoother to use.

The LED light at the end is a nice touch to find the controls, although my partner said he would like if the light was towards the useable end of the toy so he could see what he was doing, rather than having light shining in his face instead.

We used this toy for a good amount of time, and I did not find it drained the batteries or lost power, which is a problem I have encountered with other toys, so that was definitely a bonus.

Care and Maintenance

This toy is made of silicone, so it should only be used with water-based lube and stored away from other silicone toys or the material may break down. It can be cleaned with soap and water or toy cleaner. I found it quite easy to clean, aside from the metal ring there are nooks or indentations that could be difficult to clean. I have not had a problem yet, but I feel it's probably a good idea to be extra vigilant cleaning around the metal ring at the bottom, to avoid any sort of build up around it as time goes on.

The manufacturer recommends, on the packaging, that the toy be stored with the batteries removed, as most toys should be anyways.

Experience

We used this toy in a variety of ways to really experience all it was capable of. I love it for clitoral stimulation and the wide end provides a good, direct amount of stimulation, which was capable of making me orgasm quickly. I also enjoyed the vibrations externally with anal play during intercourse. My partner found it easy to use and handle, while using it on me and it's not very bulky, so it's not awkward to use while having sex.
