Ridged rocker - g-spot vibrator by NMC Ltd - review by geliebt

This vibrator is a great buy overall, and one I'm very happy with.

It runs on 3 AAA batteries. The batteries must be put into a small black compartment with clear diagrams, and then the compartment placed into the vibrator. The batteries are pretty easy to put in, and the compartment is clearly labeled and easy to figure out. It is waterproof, and I've used it in the shower without issue. I don't find that this has any real smell, unless you get your nose up to it and really sniff. Even then, it's pretty mild and simply smells of plastic (It's made of ABS, a standard hard plastic).

This is packaged in a clear, easy to open plastic clamshell package, with a thick paper insert in the back which includes general information about the toy, as well as a description and diagram of sorts of the vibration patterns. I found this toy to be a bit weighty, which wasn't a problem for me, but it was a bit different from what I'm used to. Just be aware that this isn't something you'd want to throw around- you may break something! (not that people normally toss around their sex toys... what on earth am I saying!?)
The texture of this toy is smooth and somewhat velvety, and very pleasant in my opinion. It feels great on the skin and even better down south with a little lube! I also think it looks great.

The pleasant design isn't just visual, though. This toy also feels great upon insertion, I find.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the curve on this bad boy is pretty severe, so please use caution to avoid hooking your pubic bone! I haven't had trouble with that yet, after being cautious and paying attention every time I insert the Ridged Rocker.

As for performance, this toy gets 4 to 4.5 stars for me. The vibration patterns are all really nice, very interesting and a lot of fun. The design of the vibrator also makes it a joy to use. However, the only control is a single button on the bottom of the vibe. You must press this button to turn the vibe on, cycle through the patterns, and turn it off. This becomes a problem when you need to be discreet, since you have to cycle through all the vibration patterns to turn it off again. Other than that issue, I find the power to be great for me. I like pretty strong vibrations, and this provides a great range. On the low end, it's fairly mild and easy to handle. The medium vibrations it puts out are usually sufficient for me, and the highest vibrations are awesomely strong.

My only other problem with this toy is that it can get loud. During the high steady setting, or when it gets high during the patterns, this is a less than discreet vibe. You couldn't hear it through a closed door and over some white noise (a TV, for example), but you can definitely hear it through blankets, in the same room. This isn't the best toy for someone who needs to be very discreet, but it's not earth-shatteringly loud or anything.

The Ridged Rocker is, however, very easy to store. It's pretty small and doesn't have any super weird shapes or textures to it, so it's easy to tuck away anywhere you please!
