By now, most of you know how much I love hands free stimulation and being able to type, do housework, etc. while still getting my groove on. That is why I am so excited to introduce to you the Astrea I Vibrating panty. As far as I'm concerned these sexy panties are the ultimate in hands free stimulation. Just slip these on, sit back and enjoy the vibrations. Whether you control them yourself or hand the remote to your partner; you are sure to be pleased.

The panty itself is made of black sheer lace with a flower and vine pattern in a low rise brief style. They are ultra sexy and very comfortable. There is no itching or bunching up of the fabric. They are sleek, slinky and virtually undetectable under clothing. As they stretch, they should fit anyone who wears a panty size from 2-6 very comfortably. I wear a size 7 panty (14-16) and they are very tight, but I plan on losing that extra weight soon, so these won't go to waste.
They are made with 80% nylon, which is a strong, hypo-allergenic, latex and phthalate free material that is resistant to soiling by oil, grease and solvents such as lubricant. The nice stretch they offer is due to the other 20% of material, which is spandex. Known for its strong elasticity, spandex may be stretched repeatedly and still retain its original shape and size. These materials are durable and comfortable as well as being safe to wear at an 8 out of 10 safety rating.
Unstretched, the panties measure approximately 12 1/2" wide at the waistband and 7 1/2" long at the crotch, so not recommended for long torsos. They can be stretched to a maximum of 19 1/2" wide, the crotch area does not stretch very well but does provide an extra 2" when stretched. Remember that you must leave an inch or so leeway for the bullet to fit in comfortably.
The panties are quality made, with double stitching at all seams and edges. Inside the crotch area there is a black lining with a little pouch opening in the front where you insert the bullet that makes these sexy panties rumble!

The bullet is 1 speed, a fairly strong consistent vibration of 3 vrooms, and uses 2 AA batteries. The bullet is a rectangle shape and is 2 1/2" long, 1" wide, 1' deep. Simply slide the battery door open on the back, insert batteries and slide the door shut. Slip into the panty lining. You're ready to rumble.
If you have a stronger bullet, it may be used instead; of course without the provided remote. On the other hand, this bullet and remote are fully usable and interactive in any pocketed panties you wish to use them in. Very versatile and convenient. The strength of the bullet was fine with me; a little buzzy but not annoying or over whelming. More than enough power to please and tease your clitoris and outer bits, but not enough to orgasm; these panties are the perfect foreplay or warm up to the main event. Fairly quiet and discreet at 2 vrooms sitting, 3 vrooms standing; it can be heard in the same room, but most certainly not behind closed doors. Will be even quieter worn under clothing.
The remote is powered by 1 12V battery and has the same sort of sliding door on the back as the bullet does. The remote sits comfortably in the hand, is 3 1/2" long and 1 1/2" wide. It also features a tiny red light on the front to show the remote user that the bullet is on and active. The on/off switch sits conveniently at the thumb of the left hand frontwards or the thumb of the right hand backwards. Simply push up for on and down for off. There are ridges at the sides for gripping power.
I found the range of the remote to be about 16'. Pretty decent for partner play.
Both the bullet and remote are sleek and modern looking; very discreet.
Made with black ABS plastic, they are very hard, smooth and non-porous. These units are not waterproof, so do not submerge while cleaning. They may be cleaned with antibacterial soap and warm water. Towel dry.
Any type of lube may be used, but lube is not really necessary with this product.

The panties themselves are recommended to be hand washed in cool water and hung dry.

All batteries were provided inside the packaging which is a nice touch. I like that. There is also a pretty translucent lavender bag in which to store your new panties and accessories. The packaging itself consists of a sensible, recyclable diamond shaped purple cardboard box. It does not look like the box shown above, it looks much more classy and discreet. There is loads of information about Dr. Laura Berman and the Berman Center, who has demonstrated that women who use vibrators experience greater levels of sexual satisfaction and express an overall higher quality of life. This is something I can definitely agree with!
Inside, each piece is wrapped in plastic. There is an instruction leaflet with diagrams of exactly what you need to know to use and maintain your new vibrating panties.

I've really enjoyed these panties. The bullet and remote are still in tip-top condition and working well. The only thing I have a complaint about is that they eat batteries! The panties themselves are still in good shape, no rips, tears or problems. I've taken care to wash them by hand so they would last a while. I see these are no longer available for purchase and that's a shame!
