The Isis is used for pelvic floor exercise called "Kegel" . So it`s not just for women only and not so much used for sexual pleasure but to help strengthen the pc muscles which can result in many benefits ranging from improved sexual function in both men and women, as well as preventing and possibly helping lessen the severity of prolapses, which can lead to both urinary and bowel incontinence. The Isis is made out of plastic so its easy to clean though I would not advise using it anally because it is small with not much to hang onto and does not have a base (sorry men you will have to look elsewhere for your pc workout equipment). It is discreet because of it being so small, and it doesn't take batteries so it makes no noise.

Because this toy is plastic it has no taste or smell and it is smooth to touch. The Isis is also Phthalate free and easy to clean. On the package it advises to use water, oil or silicone lubricant but if you can make enough of your own lube you should be able to insert it easily.

Because this is more of a exerciser to tone your vaginal muscles, it is designed specifically to fit your vagina you can grab it with all muscles. The shape is optimal for the use intended and is not realistic in any way. If you are a women like me and like to have a full feeling, the Isis would not give you much pleasure if used for stimulation.

I found this toy boring because it is more of a exerciser than a toy. I don`t know if it`s because it`s a beginner`s level or maybe because my muscles weak, but dont see much use for the Isis. It is not battery power, it makes no noise so it is very discreet.

The Isis is plastic so it is non porous which makes for easy cleaning, all you have to use is soapy water or a anti bacterial cleaner and it can be fully submerged under water. It can also be sterilized using a 10%bleach solution. The Isis can be stored anywhere and can be use with a water, oil, or silicone based lubricant.

The package is a clear plastic case, with a paper with the name of the doctor who invented the exerciser. On the back it give`s an brief introduction to this kegel type exerciser and the instructions on how to use it, which lubricant to use, and how to clean it.

There are other way`s to tighten your vaginal muscles without using anything. You can talk to a personal trainer or even look it up online. Subsequently, I find this toy to be useless.
