Like I stated above, I'd definitely try it again, but this time I'll be working my way up, rather than just going in for the gusto!
Personally, I will pass on using these again in favor of decorating with them. Sad, yes but they are just too small for me to believe they really helped me exercise my vaginal muscles!
The Glass Ben Wa Balls are great is you want to work your PC muscles actively. You will not have any pleasure if you let them sit there. They are beautiful to look at and in a very body-safe material. It's a keeper for me.
I'm very disappointed in these ben wa balls. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I gave them a two star rating because they do have a few pros, but not where it really counts.
