Glee? Maybe if Mr. Shue Comes With It!

I am very cautious as to who I would recommend this to. Do you have extra sensitive genitals? Do you like soft vibrations? This might be the toy for you! However, if you like or need something stronger, there may be other options out there that would make your glass vibrating dreams come true. Don't Stop Believing!

extremely useful review
The Reflections Glee is a pretty traditional vibrator. It has a slight curve and point for G-spot stimulation. It's pretty basic in size and functions. It has three speeds that can be changed with a push button. It even has a little "3" on it to help you remember that there are only three speeds. The point on the end is good for clitoral stimulation and it has enough insertable length (about 5 inches) to reach my G-spot. It is fully waterproof. I left it in a cup, on "High," for several minutes while I was in the shower (I'm not a shower player). When I was done, I opened up the battery compartment and it was bone dry. This was very impressive to me.

One little thing I'll mention about this vibrator, it's made of glass. This was the most exciting feature for me when I was waiting for this to arrive. Glass is my favorite toy material for internal stimulation and I was excited to have the opportunity to experience that with a vibrator since none of my other glass toys vibrate. This vibrator is much more pink than the picture shows. It's neon. It appears to be a plastic vibrator that has a glass casing on it. It appears to have some space between the internal vibe and the glass, which can account for so many issues. One thing I will say, however, is that in the shower, this is quite a beautiful effect as the water droplets seem to reflect on the internal vibe. It's lovely. The matte or velvet finish that is on the glass also feels nice on lubricated genitals.

Another important factor to note, this vibrator is not recommended for anal penetration. It lacks a flared base or retrieval ring to make it safe. However, if you're curious about vibrating glass in that highly erogenous area, you could easily use it externally on the anus or perineum. It's also good for stimulating the nipples.

As I said, glass is one of my favorite materials. It's hard, it is easy to maintain, and it's compatible with every kind of lubricant. I don't share any of my vaginal toys, so I have no need to sterilize it; however, if you did want to, you could sterilize most of it with a 10% bleach solution. However, since there's a rubber O-ring, there are parts that are not able to be sterilized.

As mentioned above, this vibrator seems to have a vibrator inside a glass casing. This, in my opinion, seems to be why the vibrations are so diffused. I have tried this with brand new, name brand batteries and it just doesn't do much for me; neither in regards to my G-spot nor to my clitoris. (Yes, I used two different brand new from the box batteries.) It's a very nice warm-up toy, but for me, it won't make it as much more than that. It is lightweight for a glass toy, and almost seems like it might be plastic. It's easy to maneuver.

There is another matter regarding this toy that I have a problem with. Once again, Doc Johnson has failed to provide a storage bag with glass toys. I have yet to make one for it; however, by the time I make the video, perhaps I will have made one. Since it comes in a plastic box with a plastic inset, it's a little cumbersome to use as storage.
Experience
You want to know my reaction when I read the phrase "glass vibrator?" Well, I turned into Julie Andrews and was filled with the swelling chorus of "The Hills are Alive!" Not to mention, I think I sang "These are two of my favorite things!" every time I thought to myself, "glass vibrator."

Of course, the reaction was much different when I actually used it. This toy, honestly, never passed the test past solo play to upgrade to "couple time." The vibrations simply are not strong enough to do much for me clitorally nor on my G-spot. I am starting to wonder if my MiMi has ruined me for all other clitoral vibrators.
Follow-up commentary
This has truly been relegated to the bottom of the drawer. It's likely going to get thrown out the next time I go through my toys. It's too short and the vibrations too weak to really do anything for me, even clitorally. Can't win them all, I guess.
