Great for exercise...little big for me

This product was excellent for it primary use of helping with kegel exercises and also provides constant arousal, but one may forget you are using it because of its lack of vibration, and the way it can conform to the vagina.

Pros
Handy retrieval cord, balls are attached and easy to clean.
Cons
Metal weights inside don't make much vibration, plastic seam may breach with long term vigorous use.

useful review
I bought this toy because I wanted to start doing kegel exercises. At first, I was at a loss because I didn't know if I should get smaller balls or larger ones, being a beginner. These balls are 1 1/4" which i believe is an average size. I also liked that they were attached to each other, and had a cord for easy removal. The fact that the cord was also plastic, and not some sort of fabric or string made me happy because it was easy to clean and I did not have to worry about any kind of contamination, or bacterial growth developing as long as I cleaned it after each use.

The balls were firm, yet flexible, and there were what I assume to be smaller little metal balls within the plastic ones that jiggled around and made noise and I guess were supposed to cause vibration when you used the ball. I personally did not feel any vibration as a result of the little metal balls, and I think it was due to the fact that the plastic they were made of was too thick to transfer much vibration. Another drawback that I found upon initial inspection of the balls was that the seam of the two fused halves was clearly visible, because the balls were melted together. I am worried that over time, rigorous use of the balls may result in the seam wearing down and splitting. For the price, its not too much of a loss, but if it were to happen while in use i would worry that pieces would get lost inside me!

In my first few uses of this toy, I felt that it was kind of difficult to insert the little balls. It was necessary to use lube and I had to consciously relax my muscles to get them inserted. This is because of my own personal anatomy, so ladies please do not decide to not try the product just because it was a little tight for me, your own anatomy may be different and/or you may have more muscle control, and therefore be able to insert it more easily.

Like many women who have reviewed this product, I also found that after awhile I forgot the balls were in, and I also forgot to contract my muscles, which was kind of the point! Removal wasn't too bad because moving around all day with the ball in; even though I couldn't feel them consciously, they were moving around and providing constant stimulation. I recommend it for those long days at work when you know you're going to come home and jump right into bed with your partner. There will be not need to stop and look for lubricant! Also for ladies who use the vaginal ring birth control be careful when removing the balls, because they may pull out the ring also. And I would not recommend these for anal use. They are meant for vaginal use, and even though they have a retrieval loop, they are a little big and the seam issue I mentioned before could pose a problem. All in all, I thought it was a great product for kegel exercises and arousal.
Follow-up commentary
The loop also has the possibility of breaking. If it does however it wouldn't be a total loss because you would still have a cord to pull it out with, it would just be really long and possibly hard to grip.

In the pictures, the cord seems like string. I'm glad to hear it wasn't. Do you think that loops might break?
