This silicone-based lubricant is great for partner play -- think fingers, cocks, hands and general body parts -- but, because of its ingredients, shouldn't be used with all toys. Its relative thickness compared with other silicone lubes might make you reconsider silicone lubes for anal play especially if you want a slick lube that is longer lasting, and makes it equally as useful as a massage oil. Plus, you don't have to worry about it washing off in the shower.

System Jo's Premium silicone lube for women is a bit thicker than other silicone lubricants. It's not as gel-like as some water-based lubes -- a dollop will slowly spread out -- but neither does it run down your skin or toy after you apply it.

The pump bottle is ideal for dispensing it without getting your hands messy (messier?) and it even comes with a cap to prevent it from accidentally pumping.

As a silicone lubricant, you would expect this to be slick and long lasting and is it ever! It's not sticky at all, like water-based lubes can be, and your fingers, bodies, cock or toys will move easily when coated with it.

System JO for women premium lubricant has no discernible taste or smell but I would advise against licking it or oral use because it feels a bit oily on the tongue.

The slickness of this lube means a little goes a long way and will last quite a while, too. After an initial finger test (rubbing them together), I gave up and washed it off well before it stopped working. Because it is so slick, you may find yourself wanting to wash it off after play time is done and soap and water will take care of this. However, it may take a bit more scrubbing than you're used to. On the plus side, it won't easily wash away if you're playing in water.

You may also consider using this as a massage oil because of its texture and ability to last a long time. If you prefer something non-scented, it might be right up your alley.

If a natural feeling lubricant is ideal for you, you may not like System JO for women premium lubricant. Some people find silicone lubes to be a little unnatural feeling.

As I mentioned, its thickness is more suitable for play with toys but you should absolutely not use it with silicone or silicone composite toys because a reaction can occur. For example, softer silicones like VixSkin can become sticky when mixed with silicone lube and you don't want to ruin your favorite dildo or vibrator! However, hard materials like metal, glass and plastic as well as jelly are all compatible.

This bottle comes with a cap and is shrink-wrapped to prevent any spilling. The cap makes it slightly more travel friendly but proceed with caution. As I mentioned, the pump bottle is easy to use. A lighter press equals a small dollop while a full press dispenses much more.

The label is frosted and pink. It's definitely geared toward women but contemporary in a minimal way. It is not necessarily discreet, however.

I am not the biggest fan of silicone lubes because they feel unnatural to me. However, I was very surprised at the thickness of this one. I do like thicker lubes for use with toys so I imagine this one will get more use by me.
