Groovies Wave makes a great pocket rocket. It can be used for clitoral or vaginal stimulation. It also works well on the breasts/nipples, neck, or other sensitive erogenous zones. This is not a good toy for anal- it is far too slim/small and lacks any flare at the base. This could get lost quite easily!
This pink wonder is a wee little vibe, measuring in at 5 1/2 inches long, with 4 of that insertable; and a diameter of an inch. Three subtle bumps accentuate the shaft, to stand out from your average straight slimline vibe.
The base, which doubles as a battery cap and push button control, is encrusted with pink, white and purple jewels. It screws on tight and easily. Inside that base you will find a nice water tight seal, making this an excellent shower buddy. Groovy takes two AAA's which are easy to insert. The sleeve inside does come out, although I am not sure if it supposed to or not. There is also a paper inside that sleeve which shows you which way the batteries are to be inserted.
The Groovies Wave has 8 different functions:
Low, medium and high steady vibrations;
An escalating vibration;
Two pulsating vibrations: pulsation and then a quicker pulsation;
A high steady vibration, and finally;
The roller coaster function(quickly becoming a fave pattern of mine)!
Unfortunately, you have to cycle through all the patterns before you can shut the toy off. Luckily the button is placed conveniently(for some anyways) on the bottom of the cap for fast and easy clicking.
This vibe has a decent amount of power for being so small, and it is very quiet as well. It is small enough to travel with and it's easy to hide, making it discreet in my book. I am even thinking about venturing out with this baby in my purse one day for a naughty adventure!
Groovies Wave is made of phthalate-free plastic which is non porous. This is another good reason to keep this as a travel buddy, because you don't have to worry about it absorbing anything from your clutch/purse/bag, or anywhere you choose to carry it. It is still recommended that you use condoms when sharing this, just to be safe! This does not come with anything for storage, so I suggest investing in a nifty little storage container or bag.
Plastic can be used with all lubes and washes up with a good anti-bacterial toy wipe or soap and warm water. It can be stored virtually anywhere you want to put it.

I will admit this looked bigger to me in the video on the product page, so I was a bit shocked when I pulled it out of the box. However I enjoy this little vibe and I am so grateful to Eden for giving me the opportunity to get it free for being a facebook friend.
For me this vibe does a good warm up job, and I look forward to experimenting with it in public while I am out and about somewhere, just to try it out. I am steadily working my way through different experiences here at Eden, and I think it is about time to check another one of the list.

Depends on what kind you are looking for (clitoral, g-spot, combination). I would suggest figuring out what kind you want. You can filter the product listings by that type and then sort by rating. Check out the reviews. If you can narrow it down to a few that you like, you can post a comparative discussion to the forum to get some additional feedback.

That's a really vague question. If you're just getting started, I would recommend any toy made up of a body-friendly material (such as silicone) and familiarize yourself with what toys are made of and the pros and cons of each type of material. The more hygienic materials tend to cost more, but they are worth it in the end because they will last longer and are more body-friendly.
What do you like in the way of toys? Groovie Waves not working?

Are other people having problems with the Groovie Waves spontaneously quitting? I received it and attempted to use it as directed but I barely got it inserted before it sputtered twice and died. I've been doing my kegels but I don't think I'm THAT good yet ;) Just curious if others are having problems.

@Sexista- They are, but for power queens I don't think they will be good for orgasm, unless you like the patterns. I like it for warm up but cannot orgasm clitorally with it. It is still pretty strong, though!
