Great Vibe, Skip The Shower
The Sex in the Shower silicone waterproof vibrator, is a traditional vibrator. Ithas some great qualities such as; flexible silicone tip, multi-speed multi-function
modes and cleanups a snap. The downside is; the battery compartment is
slightly complicated, it's only compatible with water based lubes, rather
loud, not so travel friendly, and it's more of a chore to use in the shower
than a pleasure. It's a good vibrator.

Pros:
Multi-speed & function. Body friendly material.
Cons:
A real dud in water. Not compatible with all lubes.
For the best results with the Sex in the Shower silicone waterproof vibrator, use on these
areas for stimulation; breast, nipples, clit, g-spot with vaginal insertion and around the
anus. Note that this vibe is not recommended for anal play, it lacks a flare base. This is
a safety issue. It will work well
as an allover body massager.
Even though the size of this vibrator is discreet and could easily be stowed away in a purse
or small bag, I would not call it travel friendly. The on/off touch pad could create some
embarrassing situations, not to mention drain the batteries. This vibrator is rather loud,
compared to the others we have tried. Not only could you hear this vibe running thru a
closed door, you could hear it over the shower in our bathroom. This may not be the toy to
play with when family visits or in a dorm.
Individuals, couples, beginners and advanced users could benefit from the design and
features of the Sex in the Shower vibrator. This vibe is great for solo action or a
couple that likes to play and stimulate each other. Those that prefer a larger diameter
play toy probably should pass this one up.
In our opinion, this vibe is a better bedroom type play toy. Why are we saying this?
Silicone toys are only compatible with water lubricants, and water lubricants don't last
very long when be used in the water. We know from trial and error. When used outside of
water, its not a bad vibrator. We had to use more lube while using this vibrator compared
to the other vibes we use. Not nearly as much lube as when we tried in the shower. However,
with that being said, you could use this vibe in the shower or tub to stimulate the breasts,
butt, thighs or just as a massager. After all it is waterproof.
Sex in the Shower silicone waterproof vibrator is a multi-speed, multi-function vibrator.
The vibrator has the following functions: vibrating, escalating and pulsation. There are
three vibration modes, two escalating modes and five pulsation modes. These modes range
from:
1. Steady high vibration
2. Steady medium vibration
3. Steady low vibration
4. low to medium escalation pulsation
5. Moderate speed medium pulsation
6. Fast low to high, repeated pulsation
7. High Fast Pulsation
8. Wide variety pulsation
9. Long high vibe followed by a faint pulse
10. Fast Vibe w/ low pulsation
An inch above the base is the touch pad to control this vibrator. There are two buttons,
the first is on/off and the second is the mode contol. As mentioned in the chart above, you
start off in mode 1. and click your way thru to mode 10. If you are in mode 5. and you wish
to go back to mode 2. you need to click your way thru the modes. The touch pad can be operated
with ease, even when wet with lube.
This vibrator has an hourglass design and it's made of silicone and plastic. Silicone is very
body friendly. It can be warmed up, try warming it up with warm water to enhance your
experience. The silicone is a pretty blue, and the plastic is an ivory white. In the middle is
a silver plastic ring. There are seam lines on the silicone part. These seam lines are not
noticeable my wife explained, when used in delicate areas. The plastic is firm and the silicone
is somewhat flexible. In my opinion, the silicone tip can bend approximately 25-30 degrees.
The dimensions are the following; length 8”, insertable length 4 1/2”, circumference 4 1/2” and
the diameter is 1 1/4”. It's a little heavier than most vibrators at 6.5 ounces.
Water based lubricants are highly recommended for use with this vibe. You DO NOT want to use
silicone lubricants. Silicone lubes tend to mess with the molecular structure of silicone
products. Both the silicone and plastic are non-porous materials, cleanup is simple.
Toy cleaner or warm water and a mild soap will do the trick. I would recommend storing this
vibe in the original plastic casing or in a zip lock bag. We keep ours in the plastic mold
that came with the box. In case a bottle of lube leaks, it will not ruin this vibrator.
There might be a slight issue to install or change the batteries. The silicone end twists away
from the plastic end to install the batteries. The battery compartment has a round white cap
that has both a wire a string loop that runs thru it. You then pull the cap out and install the
two AAA batteries. This is a little time consuming, but can be a big problem if you're in the
middle of taking care of business.

Experience
The Sex in the Shower silicone waterproof vibrator is somewhat of a powerful vibrator. It's
really dull for water play. If you don't mind using a little more lube than normal, it a good
vibrator on dry land. The highest vibration level is great, it lacks a high vibration and
pulsation rolled into one. My wife enjoyed the feel of the hourglass shape and the high
level pulsations.

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
As sad as it is to say, this the sex in the shower waterproof
silicone vibrator has found itself a new home in the sex toy
retirement home.
The simple fact that it's a pain in the ass in the shower,
rather loud, and has gotten rather boring for us made this an
easy decision.

Quote: This looks cute. How well does it work? There are quite a few reviews on it. That's probably the best place to start & then ask if you have any specific questions. :)

Lelo Much?
-
So I've found that more and more I recognize the color scheme and patterning in sex toys that are not from the Lelo brand as imitating the Lelo brand.
I know that Lelo does not have a patent or anything on the scheme, but to all of us who are familiar with sex toys, it is recognizable. I know I sometimes wonder why they would do it. I mean, I guess they are drawing in some customers who subliminally associate the scheme with luxury and good craftsmanship, but in the end they are still associating that stuff with LELO. Why don't companies come up with their own scheme or look that is recognizable?
Thoughts? -

However, I am not sure what the retail will be for this one, yet. These are not rechargeable like LELO products. In fact, this one takes 2 AAA batteries. So, I even question the ability to be as powerful. I've requested it to try out. Guess we will see if it is close or not. ;)

I'm sure I will once I own one though.

I think a lot of folks are trying to raise their bar to be on the level as LELO as they seem to be coming out as the leading brand for quality and luxury. Maybe someone who thinks the Mona is too much, might like something like this better as it's battery powered and may not be as strong? (???)
I may not be as much help, and I do think that perhaps copying a color scheme is probably not a great idea, but if companies are aspiring to compete with the best (based on others' opinion), then that just translates to more toys for us!
