Great Vibes, Loses The Suckage!
I am torn as to whether or not it's worth it. Once you get the hang of manipulating it yourself I would say it is if not only for the vibes and ticklers alone.

When I set out to buy a clitoral pump I had a few choices but the Butterfly clitoral pump looked like the best bang for my buck. I liked the fact that it had vibration settings and that is also had little clit ticklers on the inside of the cup.
I brought this little pink wonder home and was so excited to use it but I was quickly frustrated and disappointed with it because I found out that the cup really has a hard time staying in place and creating a good suction over my clit and my lips. The cup is large enough to actually fit over a large spot. I found the pump to be more annoying to manipulate with the release button and instead I was using my free hand to release the suction on the cup so it would feel more like someone sucking on my clitoris. I really did notice the little ticklers on the inside of the cup. They made my outer vaginal area tingle like mad! That plus the vibes that this thing had to offer brought me to a great and rather sensual orgasm in roughly 10 minutes.
I have since used this toy with my husband but he has a hard time getting it to stay in place and we have given up on it out of frustration as it's easier for me to manipulate it on my own. I usually use it rarely now and only if the hubby is away.
I find it a bit hard to clean and you have to keep it somewhere protected like a ziplock so the soft jelly doesn't get covered in dust and hairs. If you have as many pets as I do, this can be frustrating. I haven't found the need to use any lubrication with it but you can use water based, oil and/or silicone lubricants with this toy.
This toy is made out of Crystalessence and for cleaning I used soap and water but you can use toy cleaner for it as well. It's a little tricky to clean because of the pump but I just let it air dry of a long time with a ziplock draped over it to keep the dust off.
I would recommend it for more advanced users as it can be a tricky one to use and I wouldn't want a beginner getting frustrated with toys right off the bat because the world of toys is a wonderful thing!

You will probably need to hold it in place, just because you need to release the suction every few seconds anyway, but a "water-seal" will help. It's what we do with breast pumps, (to get a good, air proof seal) and every "suck" on these is only a fraction of a second and not intense at all. It's for a very different purpose, but a water seal will still help with sealing the product. Just make sure you don't leave the suction on for more than a few seconds at a time.
