Happy Pants

This is a fantastic alternative for your water based lube needs. It doesn't feel like a tingle or warming lube; it has a different sensation that is entirely its own. I highly recommend this if you are looking for something new and fun.

Use

This is a great sensation enhancing water based lube. I think this is a great alternative for your every day water based lube. It's slick, smooth, feels great and it's affordable. It has a pleasant minty herbal scent to it, and even though this scent is nice, I don't think I would recommend tasting this lube. It has a slight tingle to it, and it makes everything you do while playing feel more intense. Since there are extra ingredients, I would do a test patch to make sure your don't have any allergies before using this lube.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

The texture of this lube is consistent and slick. It seems to have more staying power than other ID brand lubes that I have tried. The container has a convenient pop cap; the cap seems sturdy and has yet to pop open in my toy bag. The lube stays in place nicely, coats well, and it heightens sensation. This lube is nice and light, but it stays in place. It is just thick enough to make sure you are comfortably lubed while allowing you full sensation. It was a little sticky on my fingers, but I just made sure to wipe them off.

Taste / Aroma

I think the smell of this lube is pleasant; it is a minty herbal scent. It isn't an overpowering scent, but it isn't what I would call mild either. Due to the scent, I could not bring myself to taste this lube. This lube is also "sensation enhancing" so I wouldn't recommend putting it in your mouth. I imagine it would be quite unpleasant to get this in your mouth.

Performance

I only needed to apply this once for sex and masturbation. It stayed put though out, and the enhanced sensation seems to last well over a half hour. Since it is water based, it is easy to clean up. My favorite things about this lube are that it's thin, but it works, and I also love the enhanced sensation that it gives. I also like that the sensation isn't your normal tingle, and the sensation seems to last longer than standard tingle lubes.

Packaging

I got the 5.5 oz, and it has a nice pop top container. The container seems sturdy, and has stayed closed in my toy bag. I recently transferred my toy collection to an expensive designer bag, so that this bottle can manage to stay closed is a huge plus for this little bottle of lube.

Personal comments

If you like tingle or warming lubes, I would recommend that you try this lube. The sensation is different, and it is a nice change. It really does seem to enhance the natural feelings you get when you are turned on.
Follow-up commentary
I find my self using this lube about 50% of the time. The other half of the time I use Maximus. That I find myself using this so often surprises me; it's very nice to have a lube in my box other than Maximus that I actually use. The "enhanced sensation" is just as refreshing as the first time I tried it. I was worried it might irritate my skin after repeat uses, but that hasn't been an issue. It has been wonderful. I've been lucky to actually find several products lately that have worked for me, and this happens to be one of them.

    • Is there a difference between warming and cooling? they both sound like they feel tingly.
    • the warming lube makes your penis feel like its on fire. the cooling tingles. neither one feels good, IMO.

      It's not a flavored lubricant, and in the reviews people noted that it didn't have an especially good taste to it, somewhat like plastic.
    • i wouldn't want to taste a lube unless it is for oral sex and is flavored
