So I finally did it: I got my first vibrator. I'm a bit of a late bloomer at 20 years old, but I figured there's no better birthday present a girl can get herself than a nice toy. And what better toy than a cheap, small vibe that you can take with you anywhere.

And so I found the Heart Racer, which is a simple clitoral vibe for a really good price. Wow! This little baby can really work. It is so powerful, that I didn't even make it past the first speed on my first couple of sit-downs. It certainly did not disappoint.

This is a great product. It's small and powerful (with a three-speed function), not to mention quiet, which is great considering I live in a small apartment and I don't want my roommate running in thinking there's a murderous man with a chainsaw lurking around.

I didn't know what to expect at first, but as soon as I turned it on, I learned the Heart Racer basically tells YOU where to go. The vibrations are powerful and centered in the little heart at the top of the wand. This is nice, because if the vibrations on the lowest setting are too much for you at first, there is a difference even if you turn the head to the backside so the side without the heart faces you.

Also, since the toy is plastic, it is easy to clean with either soap and water, or a toy cleaner. I like the Doc Johnson Toy Cleaner, which is a nice little antibacterial spray that's only $6.

Since it's waterproof, you can use it in a bath or shower, which adds more functionality to this wonderful toy. In my own experience, the warm water seems to heighten the effect of the toy, so I would really suggest taking advantage of this feature.

I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great first vibe, or for more "seasoned professionals". This is a must have for any toy chest!
