Hera, why could you not live up to your namesake?
I was really excited when I got my Hera by Cal Exotics and was quite impressed by the packaging she came in. But she came with weird residue on her and a weird smell that stayed on after being washed. Then I felt her squishy tip and knew she wouldn't press against my G-spot hard enough. I turned her on to check out her LOUD, buzzy vibrations and knew this toy would never win my heart.Published: May 1, 2011
Pros:
Good beginner toy, works well as a teasing toy.
Cons:
Chemical smell, tip is too squishy, could be thicker, buzzy vibrations.

I'm pretty sure I got rid of this, in comparison to my other vibrators it just wasn't going to make the cut.

Thank you for viewing Dr. Laura Berman Hera – g-spot vibrator review page!

Thanks for the review.
What kind of batteries does Hera take? Was the compartment easy to work?
Ick, I'd be bugged by that weird chemical-type coating on this toy... Sorry this didn't work out so well for you!
Two AAA, really easy to work the compartment. Buuut, you know how in some toys they feel the need to shove things inside the compartment to tell you how to put batteries in? That was shoved in there pretty good, had to use a tweezers to get it out, fingers were too big, toy was too small.
Darn :/ I was actually looking forward to trying this toy out! I don't think I'm interested in it anymore, but thanks for the great review!
Awesome review job! You done very well with getting straight to the point while still including all the details. Loved it! I have this same one & have serious problems out of it. It's just so poorly made & extremely loud and for some reason it refuses to do anything but frustrate me. Well, that's always my luck with cal exotics though. Anyways, loved the review!
