EroStick lip gloss - lip gloss discontinued by Kama Sutra - review by Airen Wolf

I have problems with my lips drying out and then my lipstick flaking off or just looking dry and dull. I usually prefer to really dress up my eyes and wear a sheer tint or clear gloss on my lips. Given that I have very full lips this works well and I'm always on the look out for a great lip gloss that will last a while without needing constant reapplication. I'm also a sucker for Kama Sutra products!

The Erostick Love Me Mint flavor by Kama Sutra is a lovely buttery mint flavored gloss that goes on thick and then just stays put! This gloss doesn't run easily, won't melt in warm weather and spreads easily. What I really like is that it seems to sink in just a touch before resting on the top of the skin so that my lips feel soft and moisturized rather than dry and sticky.

I have found that as an under lipstick gloss is doesn't perform as well as it does as an over the top of your lipstick gloss. The lipstick just doesn't want to spread easily over the base that this gloss creates. Put it on over your lipstick and it will add a subtle shine to your lips making them extremely kissable. The flavor will keep your lover coming back for more as well!

On naked lips the gloss imparts a cool tingle for quite some time after putting it on, which I kinda like. It will enhance oral sex most pleasantly, jus' sayin'! The sensation is mild and not at all unpleasant. It does seem to make my lips a touch more full but that could be just wishful thinking.

The gloss comes in a lovely clear plastic .16 fl.oz tube with a wand type applicator attached to the silver tone plastic lid. All in all it looks elegant and fits easily in even the tiniest evening bag. The gloss itself is a bright minty green. The applicator can stain easily if you apply the gloss over brightly colored lipstick but washing it with some warm water seems to remove most of the color leaving your gloss unstained.

The gloss goes on clear but with a very noticeable shine. You can easily smell the mint so be aware that it might clash with your favorite perfume, if such things bother you. This gloss goes on thick and then seems to sort of sink in. I find that I need two initial applications but after that a tiny bit to refresh the gloss a few hours later is sufficient. I tend to wear my gloss rather thick so your mileage may vary if you prefer a less thick application.

This gloss has a laundry list of ingredients: Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Ethylene/Propylene/Stryrene Copolymer, Butylene/Ethylene/Stryrene Copolymer, Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Flavor (Aroma), VP/Hexadecene Copolymer, Phenoxyethanol, Water (Aqua/Eau), Laureth-4, Menthoxypropanediol, Sodium Saccharin, Tocopheryl Acetate, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Blue 1 Lake (CI 42090), Yellow 5 (CI 19140), Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Tribehenin, Sorbitan Isostearate, Palmitoyl Oligopeptide, Vanillyl Butyl Ether
I include them for people with known allergies but to be honest with just a minimal look these ingredients are pretty standard and only the name is scary!

I have heard that the other flavors can actually burn when applied to the lips but the mint flavor just has a heady cool tingle to it.

I love the soft mint taste of this lip gloss and so do my guys. I have almost used the whole tube though and I am about to buy a replacement. High praise indeed!
