I'm happy to have blue balls

I think that every woman should have her own set of balls (kegel exercise balls that is) and these are a great pair to get. Whether you want to spice up doing errands or just tighten up while walking around the house, these balls are just the thing... and the best part is that only you will know that you have them in!

Pros:

Use

Ophoria K-balls are kegel exercisers that are used to strengthen and tighten the muscles inside of the vagina. To use this product simply insert the balls into your vagina and hold them in by tightening the muscles. There are smaller balls within the two big ones. These balls roll around while you move, providing a stimulating, although not orgasmic, sensation. The feeling is enough to get you "in the mood" but definitely not enough to get you off. There is also a thick string attached so that you can remove the balls.

Material / Texture

The Ophoria K-Balls are made of Silicone. The material itself is soft and smooth, although I would definitely suggest using lubrication if you are not already wet when inserting the balls. The material doesn't really have a smell or a flavor to it. The balls are very firm (much firmer than I expected) as are the ridges on them. The firmness does not detract from the pleasure of using this product though.

Design / Shape / Size

The Ophoria K-Balls were much bigger than I had expected them to be. In fact when I took them out of the box I had to stare at them for a minute or two before I could fathom leaving them inside of me. They're actually quite comfortable to have inside though, and you really don't notice the large size. The shape of this product is two oval-shaped balls with a spiraling ridge around them. The balls are connected by a thin piece that is extremely flexible, which is great for when you sit, squat, etc. I think that the Ophoria K-balls have a unique and attractive look to them, although at first they did remind me of a baby rattle.

Performance

This toy does give nice vibrations (that are completely silent by the way). The vibrations weren't what I was expecting though, as I thought that they would be a bit stronger. As for the actual effects of the exercising I can tell a slight difference in the strength of my vaginal muscles, but I'm sure that my results will be a lot better if I actually remember to use it everyday.

Care and Maintenance

You can clean your blue balls by putting them in the dishwasher or by dropping them into some boiling water for a few minutes. Silicone toys are compatible only with water-based lubes, so that is what you will need to use when you insert these babies.
Follow-up commentary
I have to say that both my boyfriend and I have noticed that my kegel muscles are getting stronger. I love wearing these around the house, to the grocery store, or when we go on a date. Since they're so quiet nobody around me can tell I'm wearing them. I love love love my blue balls!

      I haven't tried either, but the K-Balls #10 are ribbed while the Smart Balls are not. There's a smooth version of the K-Balls as well, so if you're also considering that, I'm afraid I won't be of much help :) Have you read reviews of the products you are considering? Some of them go into generous detail about the texture and performance of the products. Good luck!
    • I've used both of them. They're similar in size but smart balls are a bit more.. oblong. Smart balls also have a pointy end, where the loop connects. I found this to be painful frequently. I find the K-balls (smooth) to be more comfortable and easier to feel but these things can be anatomy dependent.
