So, upon receiving the Adonis Explorer, I thought it would be a great toy to try on my girlfriend. Before using it on her, I have to admit that I actually did try it as a neck massager. I am very impressed with the different settings, while I used it to work the kinks out of my neck, although that’s not the true purpose of a vibrator.

Upon using the Adonis Explorer on my girlfriend, she liked the different pulse settings, but was disappointed in the lack of power. In fact, for 3 AAA batteries, there was not much power to it. We ended up tossing it to the floor and used one of her other toys instead.

Like I said the Adonis Explorer takes 3 AAA batteries and has 10 settings on it, which are controlled by a push button. The button does light-up, so you can see it, as you are changing your settings. It also has different speeds, along with different vibrations. It is 8 inches long, 5.5 inches of insertable length, 1.75 inches diameter, and weights about 1.7 ounces. The Adonis explorer is made out of silicone material and has a smooth finish and it is waterproof. It also comes in your choice of red or black.

The Adonis Explorer is made out of silicone materials; silicone is a semi-organic polymer material and can retain heat. To do this, try to soak silicone toy (make sure it's waterproof) in the warm water before using it, to get a nice warm feeling. Silicone also repels dirt and bacteria and doesn’t fall apart with extended friction. Silicone is smooth and not porous. Silicone can fully be disinfected by boiling it for 3 minutes or by running it through the dishwasher. The best lubricant to use with silicone are water-based lubes.
The Adonis Explorer is a ribbed and smooth texture, with rating of 10 on Eden’s safety scale. Some Safety features are that the Adonis Explorer are food-grade material, hypoallergenic, latex free, and non-porous

The Adonis Explorer is designed just like any vibrator. It's 8 inches long, with 5.5 inches insertable length, 5.75 inches circumference, 1.75 inches in diameter, and is about 1.7 ounces. Compared to other vibrators, it felt bulky in design. It’s just smooth from the tip to the bottom. It does have some ribbed feel near the bottom, just above the controller button. Overall the design was not a major factor to our use of it, as much as the power behind it.

The Adonis Explorer requires 3 AAA batteries; it has 10 different settings that range from different speeds to different pulsations. It has a light up control button to help change the settings in the dark and it is waterproof. We were not impressed with the power behind it and I accidentally hit the button to change one of the settings and we had to thumb through the remaining 9 settings to find it again. I have to say she was not happy laying there, as I am asking "was that the right one?" We actually found it a very turn-off toy and switched to one of her other toys.

Since the Adonis Explorer is made out of silicone, it is waterproof and very easy to clean. It is recommended that you boil this toy in boiling water for 3 minutes, or my favorite option, is throw it in the top shelf of the dishwasher.

The Adonis Explorer comes in a box with pictures of the toy on it, on the front and sides. So it's not very discreet. It does have some instructions on the back and they put them in 5 different languages. On the side of the box, they do have a picture with arrows pointing to different spots of the toy talking about "smooth ballistic shape", "Unique stimulating ridges" and "10 incredible functions with LED light"

I was amused by the way the LED light would flash, whenever it would pulsate.
